Very spacious room, staff are super helpful. The breakfast was absolutely great, a variety of options, everything was so fresh and tasty.

It’s really great, nice and gentle people, nice view, very convenient for people who like bikes and sea!

Great hotel to start or end your Shimanami Kaido biking trip. It's close to everything including a covered shopping street.

Great place to stay before starting the Shimanami Kaido cycling route. A short walk from the train station, and a short walk to the bicycle rental center. Staff were very nice and helpful; arranged for our luggage transfer to Imabari - and made arrangements that worked well with our time requirements. The room was great - 6th floor corner room with views of the sea from two sides. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast is available in the first floor cafe, but we didn’t partake, so I cannot comment on it. Right across the street is a very good ramen restaurant (with delicious gyoza on the side).

Friendly staff

We stayed one night before riding the Shimanami Kaido. The location was very convenient, close to the station on arrival (2 minute walk) and the bike hire / ferry to start the ride. The staff were very helpful to send our bags on to Imabari, which all went smoothly. We had a nice view over the harbour from our room which was spacious and clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location close to Onomichi station. Nice outlook over boardwalk and water. Very comfortable beds and a good sized room. Property looks quite new. Nice to have access to a washer/dryer.

Lovely location close to ferry and station, we stayed one night before starting the Shimanami Kaido and stored luggage here. Room was very clean and comfortable. Would happily stay here again.

An impressively large hotel room right near Onomichi station which was perfect for the start of our Shimanami Kaido ride. The staff were friendly, amenities on offer were great and it was also situation near several restaurants and only a short walk from the bicycle rental pier. We were sorry to have only booked one night! Next time we'll stay in Onomich for longer

90% of Breakfast food ran out before we arrived for our preset breakfast time of 7:30. All the tables were full and it took 10 minutes before only some dishs were replenished but only partially. Not enough for everyone waiting in line to get the food. The staff asked us the day before when we wanted breakfast, so they should have known hiw much food was needed.

It’s hard to explain but my stay in Onomichi felt like being home even though home is thousands of miles away.
