Great quirky hotel in premium location. Good value with great rooms

Breakfast is included in the price, but it was very poor. There were few options, the orange juice was spoiled, etc. It would be better not to offer it at all, as it lowers the standard of the hotel—which is otherwise excellent. Fortunately, there are many excellent breakfast options in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.

This boutique hotel is in a prime location in the upscale Polanco neighborhood. Within walking distance are several shops, restaurants, and art galleries. The property is beautiful and clean, offering 16 spacious, uniquely-furnished rooms. The staff is attentive, often checking in on guests to make sure they are comfortable and have all needed amenities. Breakfast is simple - juices, coffee or tea, cereals, toast and jam, and pieces of fruit. It does not offer prepared hot foods. If what you're looking for is a comfortable stay that is not the usual hotel experience, UTOPIC Campos Eliseos is a great option.

We loved our stay here and can’t wait to stay here again on our next trip to Mexico City!

Excellent boutique hotel in a wonderful location. Unfortunate that there was significant road construction in the area during my stay, which was quite noisy and unavoidable in the early morning. The staff was excellent. Check-in was easy. Breakfast was unfortunately served later than I would have liked (began at 8am).

This hotel was absolutely FABULOUS. Nestled in a historic building with modern and stylish decor in a great location in Polanco. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They wrote me a beautiful hand-written card for my birthday which was a few days away. Highly recommended for adults who appreciate peace and quiet surrounded by beauty.

The staff of the hotel is wonderful. Gracious and accommodating. They couldn't have been more helpful. The breakfast offering could be enhanced, however. Fresh pastries or a wider variety of fruit of cereals would be nice. But the coffee was excellent.

Excellent people work here. They are kind and helpful. The place is always set up the exact same with high standards. I loved the room and way I had A mini kitchen. We enjoyed the neighborhood also and how well appointed this house is. This is a real GEM.
