UTOPIC Campos Elíseos is a chic boutique hotel in a beautifully converted historic house. It is ideally located in Polanco, flanked by parks and near top restaurants and shopping. It feels intimate and stylish, with a retro-modern vibe, comfy beds and meticulously maintained, spacious rooms. The staff were wonderful, genuinely warm and incredibly accommodating, happily helping with luggage and local tips. Note there’s no elevator, so avoid overpacking heavy suitcases—but the team will carry them up. And when we arrived, new sidewalks were being installed which will be a nice enhancement for future guests. Overall, a charming, design-forward stay we’d gladly return to.

The staff - Wendy, Jonathan and Paola are excellent at meeting customer needs, answering questions and being a friendly face upon arrival. The door security is always there waiting to greet you! Rooms are well appointed and comfortable. My only suggestion is adding a few more electrical outlets in the rooms... Love this place.

Staff were amazing. Room was great - a bit small. Hotel is very noisy. We could hear the beeping of all the other guests electronic door locks. We could hear every word and cough of other people on the hotel.

Good place to stay.

The bed and the pillows were wonderful however, there was an issue that was going on with a couple that had a fight they woke us up everyone al the guests came out of their rooms because the couple kept screaming and fighting. That issue I believe was not handled well. They should have not been allowed to stay for the rest of the night and been escorted out. My trip was sort of cut short of having fun since I had not slept well that night. SAD

The room is nice in general, the whole hotel building is converted from an old building. Everything is stylish, modern, and clean, I really like the vibe. The receptionist Erick really helped me with transportation today, thank you so much!! But please remember that there is no parking, you have to find a spot nearby.

We stayed at a gorgeous hotel in Polanco and were honestly blown away. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel right at home—warm, professional, and always ready with a smile or a great recommendation. Our room was a dream—quiet, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. And the location couldn’t be better. We were just minutes away from all the good stuff in Polanco: the best restaurants, parks, cafes, and shopping. We’ll absolutely be coming back. If you’re looking for a luxurious yet down-to-earth stay in Mexico City, this is the one.
