Everything you expect from a One Key Michelin Hotel. Congrats on the achievement. Will send some stuff to improve the stay so you can get to Three Keys.

This is a great hotel, better than the other five star hotel I stayed in Oslo a week ago. The rooms are very nicely decorated and clean. The staff is extremely helpful. Alexander at the front desk is one of the best i have met. My son accidentally broke the glass lamp in the room. They sent people to our room to clean up in the mid of the night. The lamp is not cheap. I offered to pay for the damage. Alexander said no need. It was an accident. It happens. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very good spa service, nice sauna, very close to everything. The buffet is amazing.

Gorgeous heritage building and features. Staff not very helpful, cleaning staff very rude. Breakfast was impressive but rammed full. Terrible coffee. Small bathroom but gorgeous products.

I really enjoyed staying at this property. The facilities are state of the art, especially the gym, spa, and the main restaurant. The only thing is I would not recommend staying in the room with the children's double beds. The plumbing is terrible and you can hear it whenever someone flushed the toilet. Other than that the staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Sommerro is a modern, well-designed five-star hotel in a convenient location — close to public transport and walking distance to the harbor. The hotel has good dining options, and the breakfast was excellent. A great choice for a comfortable stay in Oslo.

Beautiful hotel, but staff was not five-star and the extras for all the amenities was very disappointing. The pool was tiny and they booked eight people in for the same hour which left us sitting in uncomfortable chairs and not together. The staff at breakfast was not attentive or friendly and rushed us out. And the shades in the room where not blackout which led to light filtering in very early and disturbed our rest. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

This hotel is exceptional in every way!!! I would 100% recommend it! I would definitely stay again!

From the moment we arrived, the experience was awful. On the first day, we requested laundry service, and they simply refused to collect the clothes. Over two days passed with no response. We had to go ask in person, and the clothes were still dirty. No explanation, no solution. The air conditioning didn’t work, and even after reporting it several times, no one ever came to fix it. We had to sleep in a hot room for the entire stay. Also, it’s almost impossible to reach the front desk. They rarely answer the phone, and when they do, every request is met with a flat “no.” There’s zero willingness to assist. To make things worse, staff knocked on the door even with the “Do Not Disturb” sign clearly displayed, which is a complete lack of respect for guest privacy. Without a doubt, one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in. Poor service, unresponsive staff, and a total absence of basic hospitality. It doesn’t deserve more than 2 stars. I would not recommend this place to anyone

The loft room was perfect for me and my teenage son. We each had our own sleeping area and privacy when wanted as heavy curtains close around each king bed. The hotel was very clean and the bedding, towels, and slippers were top notch. We were able to walk to all of the sights from the hotel which was lovely. The sights we visited in walking distance include: the National Museum (also highly recommend), the Museum of Norwegian Culture (a bit of a walk, but worth it), a kayaking tour with Mad Goats, fjord cruses, and many waterfront shops and restaurants. Another highlight was the hotel breakfast! The menu options were all delicious. Also available were smoothies, fresh fruits, fresh bread, cheeses, cured meats, oats, chocolates, and macaroons among many other options! It was such a pleasant surprise on our trip and something I looked forward to each morning as we started our day. I highly recommend staying at Sommerro! I hope to one day return to Oslo and enjoy this hotel once again.

Would definitely stay again. This feels like an authentic restored deco hotel, but is actually converted offices. Opened as a hotel in 2022. The very slightly tired appearance is, I believe, deliberate. Modern equipment and amenities, but lacking USB sockets. Bed a bit soft for my preferences but wouldn’t stop me staying again.

This has to be one of the best hotels in Oslo. Brand new and designed with the old Norwegian 1920-30s industrial atmosphere to be deeply embedded in the building. The breakfast was THE BEST breakfast ive ever seen in any hotel in my life. Absolutely 5 star... better then the ritz...

The beds were amazing and the place was very quiet to sleep. Hotel bars and restaurants where also top notch, very high end property to stay at when in Oslo.
