Beautiful hotel. Front desk hel was awesome. Pool service was terrible. Twice they said they would send someone out and never did. Same waiter that lied to me both days. Maybe he didn't want ro work that weekend.

Good hotel but please make sure you make reservations to anything in that area. We had plans to hang out at local places in San Pedro but since we had no reservations we had to uber & go to another part of town. They did. It let us go to roof top bar since we had no reservations & we were ready to spend money.

Excellent location near restaurants and shopping malls. Staff were great and attentive. Room was clean and had a great view. Will definitely go back and stay again in future.
