Everything was great, so friendly and so helpful stuff.

What a great small hotel, rooms were beautiful and super clean. The common areas were all so inviting to sit also. The restaurant was terrific — food delicious and the server was great. We ate on the patio which was so lovely but the inside tables looked really nice also.

Although this hotel was impressive, it lacked some basic amenities. As a frequent traveler, I appreciate a microwave and mini fridge in my room. Especially during the hot summer time, so I can re freeze my cold packs. I also like to make myself microwave popcorn while traveling. There was no mini fridge or microwave. There was a large fridge in the breakfast area, but I felt uncomfortable putting my things with other visitors'. There was also a microwave, but having to go down to the breakfast area to pop my popcorn is just an inconvenience! When I went down for breakfast, all there was were cookies, tea and a selection of coffee, in addition to juice boxes and water. The staff, however we're very accommodating, printing me out a paper receipt when I requested it. This hotel was satisfactory at best.

Very comfortable accommodations. We were set up with a foll away for our daughter. When we arrived it was not made up, we made it up in less than a minute, no big deal. No pillow for spare bed, shared one of mine, no big deal. No 3rd towel, had to fi d someone to provide, no big deal. Only complaints are 3 little issues that some others might not like so much. All in all, would gladly stay there again.

We absolutely loved this property! It had a unique speakeasy vibe that made it feel cozy, relaxing, and full of character. The only downside was that the air conditioner didn’t seem to work properly, so the room was a little warm. We would have opened the window, but unfortunately the screen was damaged. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it. Overall, it was a great experience!

This is a gem of a hotel. Very unique boutique style property. Very modern clean rooms. Excellent common areas. Wonderful staff. Can’t wait to return

This is a must-stay when traveling through Kimberly! The attention to detail throughout the entire property was exceptional. Every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations. Cole was absolutely fabulous and incredibly helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The coffee station was a fun touch, especially with the cream frother, and my son loved the freshly baked cookies. Our room was beautifully decorated, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Even the pull-out sofa was high quality, and my son slept great on it. Everything about our stay was top-notch. Thank you for providing such a wonderful experience—we'll definitely be back!

Well appointed common areas and room.

It was a beautiful place, the library and sitting room was so relaxing. The only issue I had was the towels were a little stiff for my sensitive skin, but everything was amazing. A lovely stay! Thank you❤️

Nicely decorated for a small town hotel. Near to the town center and small shops. Breakfast was very good too.

Great stay. Friendly staff, our room was spacious. We made use of the sauna and on site restaurant(great food and staff). We will definitely stay here again and will recommend to others.

The staff amazing but the restaurant was way too expensive and no selection at all same thing every night. The breakfast on the other hand was fantastic. We didn’t like no elevator as it was very hard for seniors to carry so much luggage. also we prefer coffee in the room. There wasn’t a fridge we had one finally brought into the room. Also no cable on tv was a pain it took two people to figure it out so it would work.

We have stayed here before in a king room, we did a queen size bed this time and it was a lot smaller but the staff and the breakfast were amazing as always! Whenever we come through Kimberly, we always plan to stay a night. The new amenities with the steam outdoor area was incredible.!!!! Definitely worth staying a night for sure!!

Parking wasn’t good and the electric locks weren’t working so one of us had to stay in the room while we tag teamed carrying things in. Had a hard time finding places to eat as it was a Sunday evening but I would stay there again. The breakfast was really good and the gal who served it was very friendly. The outside was pretty and the decor inside was nice. Bed super comfy.

Beautifully restored boutique hotel. Rooms quite comfortable. Common areas were a delight, and very quiet and cushy. Breakfast was amazing, and the bar/restaurant below served a chef's delight of meals. Excellent experience all around. Just disappointed I couldn't stay a few days longer!
