Brilliant stay, lovely hotel and really big rooms. Lovely view, and was a pleasure to stay there. The staff were brilliant and we had a lovely stay. Would recommend it to anyone

Love this hotel! The rooms are so spacious, comfortable, and super clean! Staff are very helpful and nice. However, I would not recommend including the breakfast in your booking. The food are just boring and not in high quality. You can easily find an eatery near by to have good coffee and fresh made breakfast.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was spacious and loved the view from our balcony. Room service is way beyond our expectation, room is restored everyday. The location was perfect and close to shops. We enjoyed the pool. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Cairns.

Room was very clean and staff helpful and courteous. Location was great- a short walk from the Pier to get to our snorkeling trip and close by to great restaurants-Miss Chief and Dundees.

Nice room. Good location. Breakfast was extra but not worth the price. Fire alarm rang at 10 pm with instructions to evacuate. Everyone had to leave the building. Turned out to be a false alarm due to smoke detector malfunction. Very disconcerting experience. Staff were friendly and apologetic.

Clean room, big pool, good location

Spacious and clean rooms. Very helpful and friendly staff. Great location and excellent facilities. Also great value vs similar hotels. Would stay again.

Clean updated room, quiet, good value

Room and staff is good , but everyday they are serving same breakfast. We book hotel for 8 days.

Our aircon didn’t work and the breakfast wasn’t fresh even tho we at at around 8:30am.

Poor customer service

Rooms were nice and bathrooms were lovely, the noise is a problem on the weekends, we stayed from Friday to Sunday and there was events / music playing every afternoon into the night from Friday to Sunday. First night was the worst as it was party music and very loud playing until 11:30pm, we had a early night as we had activities booked for the next day and we couldn’t get to sleep until after 11:30pm when the music stopped. I brought ear plugs and could still hear through my ear plugs. Elevator was a nightmare, it wouldn’t work properly most times. Pool was nice, the service at reception wasn’t great, asked questions and wouldn’t get a straight answer, reception was unsure on a lot of things relating to hotel, like when the restaurant stopped cooking, what events were on at the hotel, to ask about parking and then reception said you had to pay, which would of been useful information when we were checking in. $25 for 24 hours for parking. But when we were going to pay, she said don’t worry about it and didn’t charge us. Just a confusing experience. It would be a great place to stay during the week when there is no events on.
