The beds and services are always great.for a moderate priced room I would rate the amenities on par with hotels costing 50 % plus. The rooms are always clean. And they continue with remodeling. Even though its been slow going, they my continue with being able to not raise my prices. Ifyou're looking for a

It was a good day for the situation that I needed

The staff was great and provided excellent customer service. Unfortunately, I was not impressed with the room. Though when I walked in, it did look clean, there’s just a lingering odor from the hallway and the room that left me with the impression that it wasn’t. I’m not saying that they aren’t clean, it was just the overall impression. I didn’t sleep in the sheets and fortunately it was just a one night stay. Again, awesome staff and customer service, the building could just use an “airing out”

Parking lot was unsafe.

The room/bed was dirty and there was mold everywhere. Did not end up staying here.

Not for everyone

The bathroom needed some renovations. The carpet looked old and dirty, and our room had a mold/mildew smell to it.

The rooms were very clean & the staff was wonderful. So friendly and helpful.

The people next-door were extremely loud until 2 in the morning, screaming running through the halls, slamming doors, and fighting. The bathtub was disgustingly dirty. Hairdryer did not work. There was stuff under the bed left from the previous tenants.

No one was in lobby to great us or check us in. It was a ghost town. We stood there at least 5 minutes before someone had to be found. The room does not reflect the pictures posted on hotels.com. the room was outdated, had ripped carpet, tub had mold and looked dirty, around bottom of toilet was dirty, first roll of toilet paper was almost empty. There were many areas you could see where there had been water damage at one point. If we weren't in a hurry to get to an event when we got there i would have asked for a refund. If the company would put more money into making the rooms updated it would be better. Lobby was nice but didnt reflect the worn down rest. Very deceiving.

Do not stay at this hotel. The pictures do not show the disgusting conditions of this hotel. The hallway smells, the rooms smell, the conditions are disgusting. The location is not downtown Fort Worth. The hotel is located in a dangerous, undesirable area of Fort Worth in a common parking lot with a Motel 6 and what looked like a homeless shelter.

The pool was closed for the duration of our stay due to it needing to be reinspected by the city. We had a literal cockroach in our room. The walls had cracks in them and looked gross. There was bodily fluid stains on the chair and end table. The front desk and staff were hard to understand as they had poor English. The surrounding hotel and area was filled with crackheads that are out all hours of the day. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, pay a little more and stay somewhere else.

Rooms were dirty, smelly, and had roaches. I had to switch rooms twice: first had blood-stained linens and a dismantled faucet, second had filthy carpet, bad odor, and a roach crawling on me at night. The third room was only slightly better—shower had low pressure and the vanity was loose. The only positive was the continental breakfast, which was good. Rating: 1/5

No one came to change out bed lining or swap out used towels for clean towels even on request

Not a good place.

I was trying to save money and I regret it. I don't regret much. The place is run down, old and unclean. It is teeming with junkies and prostitutes... all of which were very friendly BUT. The breakfast was pleasing and filling. I didn't see any roaches but some very large wasps have a home there. The front desk staff was great. The rooms and building were very lacking in every aspect. I would recommend to demolish.
