Perfect location.

Stayed here a few a years ago and it was excellent but on returning very disappointed. Hotel is looking tired and dated, staff looked overworked and short staffed waited a long time at reception for queries to be dealt with. Quality of breakfast very average and the state of my bedsheets were dreadful. Blood stain on sheets had to go to reception twice to get bedding changed. I was on a short break dealing with family matters otherwise I would have walked and found another hotel. Lack of direction where is the management. Have stayed in Leonardo in UK and they are excellent. Location is excellent and quiet but please make an effort to improve the place

Be very careful when booking a room at this hotel. It's easy to miss or misunderstand that their lowest priced room has no external facing windows and no natural light which make staying there a challenge if you are claustrophobic. When I asked to change room they said the hotel was full so I couldn't change the room until the following day even though I'm an Expedia VIP member. Instead I had to book a room at Les Palmiers Beach hotel, a nice hotel close to the ocean. The upgrade (for the following day) that they offered me was their loft room but instead of honouring the VIP membership they charged me an additional €50! When I asked why they said the upgrade came with access to their private lounge. So the following day I checked in at 6:30pm only to be told the lounge shuts at 7pm so I didn't even get the added "benefit". What I will say is all the staff were nice and friendly but without doubt this is the single worst experience I have had in my 40 years of travelling around the world. The hotel is ok but nothing special, the area is awful with road repairs and derelict buildings and BEWARE of the room with no windows!

The staff was helpful and accommodating, able to confirm the bed arrangements in the room in advance despite having a policy of not doing that. The hotel is quiet, tidy and clean, centrally located and very close to the beach, bus station and city centre. The cleaners should have made an effort and clean the room or change the towels during our 3 days of stay however the overall experience is very positive.

Really nice location, the balcony was great, the washroom was spacious and a real comfortable room. Nice fresh breakfast as well, with great coffee.

The room and the hotel is great. Only the food in the morning wasn’t so good. The croissant was so hard and all of the bread area was hard and feel like they are from last week…
