I’ve stayed here several times before. Very convenient and nice property.

We were attracted to the high ratings of the hotel. We decided to book and stay and we were not disappointed. Close drive from the airport and also the beach shuttle once you get to the property is really great. The staff was great! It’s gated and they have security at night. Felt very safe. It appears they are adding more suites to the property as well. Seascape is next to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world and there are a lot of excursions to do at the beach also if you’d like. We can’t wait to return!

The staff were VERY polite and helpful. I like how they had a shuttle to and from the beach and pool were open 24/7. Very clean and overall nice area to be in and around. :)

Excellent location close to Grace bay, downtown, fish fry. Although you can get a ride to the beach we enjoyed the short walks and biking everywhere. Hotel is nice and clean. Staff is wonderful. We would have enjoyed a private balcony to sit on in the mornings and at night but we ended up sitting in the pool area.

Great small quiet hotel. The staff is very friendly and go out of their way to help you (especially Daniel and Shawnette). Close to beach where Daniel sets up lounge chairs and umbrellas.

Overall not a bad place to stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved that the pool was open 24hrs. They had complimentary bikes to ride as well as a large golf cart to take you to and from the beach. Didn’t like the false advertisement. Online it states the hotel has a spa, which was my determining factor when choosing this hotel. When I arrived and asked about the spa the staff informed me they didn’t have a spa but they could get someone to come give us massages in our room, by the pool, or even at the beach. Though I appreciated the gesture, an outsourced massage is not the same as a spa. Also, my room felt like it was retaining moisture. After the second day the room stayed damp; my clothes, the bed spreads, the towels, everything was damp. There is limited parking if you rent a vehicle like we did. And they are expanding so there is construction next door. Would I stay there again? Absolutely, but I’m not boujee or hard to please.

We had a wonderful stay! Our rooms were cleaned daily. The staff was wonderful, especially Daniel who would take us to the beach daily. Really appreciated the hospitality.

Property is cleaned and location was convenient. the room appeared clean but didn’t smell clean, and on two consecutive nights we saw roaches. We complained to management they completely denied it was even accused letting them in by the two ladies in management until pictures was provided. Room was clean everyday. The room have no windows that opened it felt like a prison cell with modern amenities. Ac was loud had to be kept on at all time. Cleaning staff was wonderful I have to mention Daniel who made our savior during our stay. he was friendly, resourceful, and available anytime he was needed would not stay there again.

Likes-upon arrival we were greeted warmly by Alex and was shown to our room promptly. Our room was very clean and offered the basic amenities. Beds were very comfortable. The kitchenette had a mini fridge, microwave and a Keurig machine. Handy to have. We especially enjoyed the shuttle service to and from the beach from Daniel. He was very friendly and helpful. The pool area was clean and we enjoyed a relaxing swim from a busy day of excursions. Location is ideal, walking distance to many restaurants and Fish Fry. Overall a very pleasant stay and will be back!
