Great hotel, had no idea where to stay in Rome and Trastevere was amazing. Great staff really nice rooms.

Great staff, facility and rooftop dining

Stayed here for the first part of our honeymoon and this was our favorite of all the hotels we booked! Our room was clean, beautifully decorated and the bed was so plush and comfortable. The rainfall shower was amazing. The hotel is in the middle of Trastevere which is such a cool neighborhood and the best spot for dining in Rome. Lots of great restaurants and cute shops within steps from the hotel and we felt safe walking around even late at night. We would definitely stay here again next time we're in Rome!

Elegant hotel with efficient and friendly staff. Excellent location for walking to all the places I wanted to see. Much quieter than the city center. Nice rooftop restaurant and bar with a great view. I enjoyed my stay and was pleasantly surprised with how nice and convient the hotel was.

We had a wonderful stay at Una Hotel in Trastevere! The location is perfect for exploring the charm of the neighborhood while still being close to all the main sights in Rome. The hotel itself is stylish, comfortable, and very well maintained, but what truly made our experience exceptional was the staff. Beatriz, Alice, and Sopia went above and beyond to make us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They were warm, professional, and always ready with a smile and great recommendations. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made our stay feel special, and we truly appreciated how attentive they were to every request. During our stay there was a transit strike and Beatriz again went above and beyond to assist us with rebooking trains and transportation during this difficult time. Thanks to their care, we felt completely at home and well taken care of. I would absolutely recommend Una Hotel to anyone visiting Rome, and we look forward to returning!

Our stay at Una Hotel Trastevere was outstanding! From the moment we booked, the staff made us feel so well taken care of. Alice, the guest relations manager, was incredible — she responded to every email right away and even shared wonderful tips for our week in Ravenna, drawing from her own travels there. She’s truly warm-hearted and such a pleasure to deal with. On the day of our departure, we learned there was a transportation strike, but Beatriz immediately stepped in and arranged reliable transfers so we could reach our train to Ravenna without any stress. Sophia and the rest of the team were also so kind and attentive throughout our stay. The hotel itself is beautiful and welcoming, with excellent service at every turn. The breakfast buffet deserves a special mention — the food was fresh, delicious, and plentiful. We would absolutely recommend Una Hotel Trastevere to anyone visiting Rome. Exceptional staff, superb food, and an unforgettable experience!
