Property was nice, mostly clean and quiet. We used the laundry facility. The kitchen dishwasher was broken. There were only a couple of plates, glassware and pot, pan and utensils to use and they were dirty with no dish soap to clean. Bed was comfortable.

I will never stay here again, due to the hotel I originally had a reservation at something happened to some of the rooms, so they weren’t going to be ready by check in time. So this was very last minute. Upon arriving to check in the glass on the door and outside windows were dirty, trash overflowing outside the trash bin by the front door. No elevators for a person that could be handicap. In the room no stove, window was filthy with spiderwebs that seemed to have been there for a long time. Table was wobble, cabinets dirty, one wastebasket, stains on the sofa, the carpet, and the chair at the table. The bathtub needs work done to it. No where to get ice or drinks, good thing we had our own. The best thing was the air conditioner and that didn’t even had to run long cause the room was cool, and the tv worked great, but everything else not so much. Also when answering the phone what happened to saying the name of the place rather than just saying front desk.

We only stayed one night but it's the kind of place we would happily rent for a longer stay. It's close to the airport, spacious, and clean. Due to our late arrival, we didn't have to check-in at the desk. We were sent a lockbox # and code to get our room keys. So easy! All of the rooms are lined up on either side of a wide outdoor common area with artificial grass, tables, etc. You use your room key to get "inside," but the corrider is open to the sky. Fresh air! It was so much nicer than a regular hotel hallway and would be a nice gathering place for a group. It was clean and felt very safe! The only very minor issue we had was that housekeeping hadn't removed the last guest's trash from the kitchen. The trash can and trash were in the cabinet under the kitchen sink. Out of sight, out of mind, I guess. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

It was okay. The room had damages and i made sure to take pictures because they were charging 250 plus taxes on things. The guy initially told us that since we werent staying but 3 days we wouldnt be charged the fee but we were since we were there for an event.

Our experience with stayAPT was a good one. Ms Serena was nice and communication was great. The property is well maintained. The room, refrigerator, and microwave were clean. The bedroom carpet and couch had just been cleaned as well. Although we were comfortable and really enjoyed the stay and great location, we would suggest a way to increase water pressure, replace all linen, although clean but appearance is key, check toilets because we had to hold the handle down while flushing and it was a little noisy for a moment afterwards. The living room was quite small but we appreciated the large tv there and the bedroom. With a full kitchen there should be dish liquid and paper towels. Shower amenities are provided but there's no hand sanitizer or soap. Although you can make requests, you have to stay at least a week to receive room service. Overall, I enjoyed the stay, would recommend, and would stay again. If you are used to hotel stays and having access to breakfast this is not for you.

I liked my stay, room looks exactly like an apartment. Only thing is people be loud above u other than that I loved my stay and will stay again

my stay at stay apt was a great experience. it was quiet, cozy and comfortable. staff had good communication and was there to help whenever i needed it. the room was nice and clean overall, the only thing that was a negative to me was a few stains on the couch but it wasn’t bad. overall i enjoyed my stay and would recommend especially for those staying for a while

Nice experience- super clean and quiet.

The communication was horrible, the front desk staff member quit while I was trying to get information about our room. The other young lady gave us misleading information then back peddled on what she stated. There was a lot of people smoking marijuana in the parking lot and the smell resonated throughout the building. Several vehicles were broken into and items stolen. House keeper flipped out about our Yorkie barking at her while she was cleaning the room, which was in a kennel and couldn’t get out to her. Overall, clean rooms, friendly staff and decently clean property, however if you are told anything about your reservation get it in writing!

My suite was dirty as if the cleaning team stopped cleaning and walked out. Food was left in freezer. Toilet paper roll was nearly empty with no extra rolls provided. Strange noises from pipes or something n walls. Plus noisy neighbor upstairs.

Stayed from 10 - 20 September 2024. Guest on 2nd floor right on my room was noisy till midnight and early morning from 4am. Requested to change the room but no positive response. Every time they were telling the 2nd floor guest to be quiet after 10pm. Lesson learned, don’t stay on first floor

The property was very accommodating to the area

The first room had plumbing problem. The second room was so dirty!!! The bed had hair in the sheets, pee on the toilet seat, dish rag was dirty and red stuff on the blinds and walls. So cause my flight was late and they close the office at 7 we had to go buy bedding and cleaning wipes so we could clean the bathroom and I had to make the bed and after flighting was 12 hrs I was so mad having to do all of these. I stayed a week there and the next morning we I told the office they just say sorry no discount on my room. I will never stay there again!!!

Great place to stay. Communication is excellent. Rooms are as advertised. Solid place.

The area is great

When we go to the Raleigh area, we like to stay at stayapt. The units are spacious and clean at a reasonable price.

I loved StayAPT! I will definitely be staying here again! Check-in and check out was an easy process, staff was nice and the other guests were also friendly! I didn’t want to leave! I wish I could have made it my home for awhile!
