Yebs was our saving grace for a nightmare of a day.
After delayed trains, we checked into another hotel that we had originally booked via an automatic check in machine, got assigned a room uncleaned from the previous guest with no human to sort the issue out. Being it was late, many other hotels were closed.
Here is where Yebs Hotel comes in, we call a person answers and is able to provide a room for the night. An actual saving grace for us as we had very little options.
Personalised (human) service, clean, quality modern warm rooms.
Actually, the whole hotel was spotless.
Highly recommend staying here, and a big thank you to the staff, we will be forever grateful.
