Really loved the property...it was beautiful and exceptionally clean. the hotel is really amazing with excellent facilities. However i was a little disappointed that although when i booked it included continental breakfast but when i got to the hotel i was told that breakfast was not included.

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location. Pool was much needed in the heatwave. Feel this is a bit of a victim of its own success. It draws a certain clientele and doesn’t feel exclusive and for the price it should do. Pool needed cleaning. Otherwise head and shoulders above all the other Bournemouth hotels. View was of the travelodge carpark

Such a brilliant hotel. Staff were wonderful and couldn’t be more helpful. We ate in the restaurant for dinner and it was superb. Will definitely be visiting again!

The NICI was a wonderful hotel with many great features. We were upgraded to a terrace sea view room which was delightful. Room was clean. Staff were extremely friendly across the hotel, spa and main restaurant. We would recommend and we will be returning.

A touch of the Mediterranean in Bournmouth. A very clean and art deco styled hotel with great food and friendly staff. Great outdoor pool and hotel is on the beach.
