The receptionist was so kind and helpful prior to and on arrival- allowed us to drop our bags first thing. The room was stunning, really clean, comfortable bed and very quiet despite being central The location was spot on car park a short walk and all attractions in close distance. The roof bar was fabulous and again the staff were excellent there as were the cocktails Cant wait to go back there

Check in staff was exceptional. The morning crew was phenomenal and very helpful. The room was not overlooking alcazaba and had horrible view but overall the room was clean and big. Surprisingly quiet considering construction next door. Overall good due to great help at check out and with bags.

The place had a great location near the cathedral and had easily accessible parking. The staff was wonderful. For being in a fairly bustling part of town the rooms were very quiet.

Room was very clean. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location was perfect! Alcanzaba and Picasso museum were minutes away walking. Tons of restaurant options just outside of the hotel. Will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is very well located, and the room is clean with a comfortable bed. The staff are very friendly and provided good recommendations for restaurants. However, the room was less spacious than I expected and extremely exposed to noise. I could hear almost everything from the neighboring room. In addition, my room was on the third floor, directly under the bar, and I could hear chairs and tables being dragged around throughout the night and again early in the morning during cleaning.

The staff, both reception and cleaning, are excellent and helpful. What letvit down is that if you have s room on the 3rd floor, the scrapping of chairs from the restaurant on the fourth floor, can get on your nerves.

The hotel was in a great position for the Alcazaba and within easy reach of the cathedral and Picasso museum. Sadly the disabled access was a joke. An electric ramp that was only accessible if reception was manned (which it wasn't at lunch time for 2 hrs nor late at night so joining in celebration for the new year was out of the question. Had problems getting onto the ramp as first receptionist said to enter and turn at 90 degree angle on a platform that wasn't big enough to turn. Disabled access is available on rooftop bar in theory but again failed as blocked by furniture at both levels. These things happen, so you just need to ask reception for help like any other hotel issues. Then the reality hit - disability is just an inconvenience and your needs to enjoy your stay are irrelevant. Inc 2 days breakfast we paid approx £700 for 4 night to have very little freedom of movement. Pretty sad really as it advertised as wheelchair accessible and I checked and it was confirmed by Hotel it is accessible but in practice it's not easy nor were staff helpful.

The room was bright, clean and comfortable, with mini fridge and hot water kettle. Great view of the plaza and Alcazaba. The 5th floor rooftop terrace and 4th floor breakfast room were worth the stay with perfect views of the Alcazaba. Will stay here again.
