Riad Saba is ideally situated in the Medina. It is next to a little square where you can get dropped off very easily by taxi from the airport and picked up for other trips. It is just a couple of minutes walk into the Souks from the Riad so is in an ideal location. Staff were wonderful ,friendly and always helpful. There was always someone at the reception to greet you and we felt very safe. Thank you Aziza Jalal Mohamed and all the team for such a warm welcome. The Riad is beautiful and very tranquil with its central fountain and plunge pool. When you arrive you are immediately transported to a calm relaxing ambience and it has several areas to comfortably relax and a rooftop to watch the sunset. The room was very clean and comfortable and cleaned every day by the friendly housekeeping team. We enjoyed the Moroccan breakfast which was delicious fresh and plentiful with various breads pancakes eggs yoghurt and juice etc.

Very nice staff who are always helpful. The location of the Riad is great for taxis, as well as walking to the center of the Medina. The room was clean and had a lot of space. On hotels.com, a superior double room sleeps 3 people, which is what I booked. But when I got to the Riad, they said the room only hold 2 adults and one child. We had to pay the difference to have the third adult. When having more than 2 adults in one room, book through their site directly.

The room was very nice and comfortable. These riad’s are older, what they might lack in modern features they make up ten fold in charm. Bed was very comfortable, heat worked well, hot shower and big bathroom and a very nice breakfast.

The Rooms are Ok and Staff are nice but Breakfast needs to be better. Some days there is only Boiled eggs which is not ok as some people won’t like this and so you may have to eat extra breakfast Outside.

This riad was incredible and perfectly located close to everything with easy access to taxis when you need to go farther out. The true standout is the staff. Every single person was 11 out of 10 friendly attentive and genuinely welcoming. As this was my first time in Morocco I was a bit apprehensive about leaving important items in the riad such as passports and cash. Nothing was ever touched and in fact we accidentally left cash out on the dresser and came back later to find it neatly stacked and untouched. We also left bags at the riad while on a Sahara desert tour and they were secured at no charge in a locked closet. Overall this was an incredible experience. If you are going to Marrakech this is easily one of the best places to stay in the city

The staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was limited and served to you with no choices other than tea or coffee. The room was serviceable, bedding was clean and bed very comfortable. There are toiletries included however, the room was very tired and in need of some upgrading. The owner should be inspecting more closely as the rug had marks on it, the chair was also marked , plaster on walls chipped in places and the grout between bathroom tiles is needing refreshed. If you use brass fittings then they should be kept polished and not allowed to dull. There is no TV and no tea/coffee facilities in room or a small fridge to store drinks. It is close to the Medina and souk but still quiet at night. While our stay was ok, if the rooms are not refurbished I would not return

Reserved a ride with the Riad. Could have saved $ and took a taxi but better to be safe. Close to the Square and quick walk to the Souks. Only wished when we asked for a cab to a restaurant, that we wouldn’t be over charged and we were.

We have just finished our 4 night stay at Riad Saba. The property is beautifully furnished and in a really convenient location. It is quiet but close enough to the souks and hustle and bustle. Aziza and her team were fantastic. A warm welcome throughout and nothing was too much trouble. It felt like a home away from home. We can’t wait to stay again. Thank you !

Lovely rooms - we had a double each. A lot of character. All the staff were lovely - helpful and attentive. Definitely do dinner on the terrace! And the sunset view is also worthwhile. Close to the main square once you have your bearings. Highly recommend.
