Excelente staff very friendly

This hotel is not what it looks like in the images they shared, it is highly deceptive. Mattress was like cardboard and the entire floor smelled like sewage. They desperately need to update. I was so unhappy I left to stay at the Melia Valencia, which was the same price for a room 3x the size with new / better amenities. L&H had a no refund policy so I paid for two rooms just to not have to stay there. The only good thing was the friendly staff at the front desk, even though they would not give me a refund (I believe because I booked thru Expedia)

Good location, close to airport, walking distance to many sights and restaurants. The AC was the best in Spain. The room was very clean and modern. We arrived before check-in. Our room was ready, however, if we wanted to access it before 3 o’clock, we had to pay €20.

A pleasant stay to conclude our trip, very close to the old town. Cava given on arrival and Info about the hotel. Aircon ++ in room and thick windows to drown out the city sounds. No extra toiletries/ personal care items but a free mini bar. Also was able to leave luggage in hotel securely after checkout.

Pretentious, poorly over designed and cramped rooms with no storage. Although you're close to old town (10 min walk), the main street outstide the hotel is 3 lanes in each direction...a highway.

We loved the terrace and the cold air conditioning! The staff and food were great!

What a great find, booked at the last minute. Easy 20 walk from the train station. Very friendly and helpful front desk . Welcome drink offered. A little candy station for guests. Breakfast is extra, but excellent with great variety, plus small menu of cooked to order items. Mini fridge in room stocked with some drinks, and those were included in the room price. Daily cleaning service. Very easy walk to the old town center and the market.

Loved this hotel. It was situated well within walking distance of all the major attractions. Staff were helpful with suggestions and bookings

Great location- with great views. The staff were all very accommodating and friendly. The food was good from the hotel restaurant. The hotel was very generous with the snacks and drinks on arrival and in our hotel room. The beds are comfortable and the linens were very nice. We enjoyed our stay at this very upscale hotel.

New building and nice facility. Good service. 3 people check in but only 2 robs. Lack of hooks on the wall and not enough hangers in closet. The maid on teh 2nd day did not provide us the toiletries and toilet papers. Overall, a nice stay. Just a bit far from center old town

Super helpful staff (we arrived after midnight). Great room we had the terrace
