Second time here, preferred first visit with great relaxing BATH, this time only shower. Otherwise, great place.

Great location, very nice building. Absent management is shown in poor service. As family of four, with two teenage children we were put in “family room” that does not deserve this name. Attic room without AC, Improvised second bed and no housekeeping til 3pm! For 200€ per night I have expected more generous breakfast and that we would not need to make our own table.

The staff are lovely, the hotel is beautiful, the rooms are nicely decorated, couldn't ask for a better hotel. Breakfast is great, the bar below is amazing, will definitely rebook again for sure.

Super property in excellent location for city centre but still very quiet. Lovely rooms, great wine bar in the cellar!

Booked a room for 4 but no bedding for sofa bed upon arrival at 930pm and according to reception no one available to make up sofa bed. Was told he could only be done “tomorrow”

On arrival at the hotel, we were very happy with our choice. Our suitcase had not turned up at the airport, we informed reception and it was there waiting for us the next morning. The reception staff were always very helpful and friendly. Or room was perfect, bathroom amazing. Breakfast - really good choice. Room only cleaned if you left the note on the door. we forgot one morning and room wasn't cleaned. but not a problem. Restoration story also amazing.

The best smelling hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Large clean, modern, beautiful and quiet room.

Our stay as a family of 4 at the Herbal Hotal was fantastic. The room was large and beautifully decorated. The hotel itself was immaculately clean. All of the staff that we met were polite and friendly. It will definitely be our go-to hotel anytime that we visit Wroclaw in the future.

This hotel is beautiful, it has been very sympathetically restored and is immaculately clean. As others have noted staff/service lets it down. There is no friendly welcome, no how was your stay and the breakfast staff hide in the kitchen. If you work in hospitality you have to be able to interact with your guests. I would stay again because of convenience and quality of room but I wouldn’t have the breakfast.

Hotel did not provide the "cityview" room that we had specifically booked and basically just said "too bad". Would not arrange for us to speak to manager, would not do anything to make it right in either a different room or anything else. Parking is not very convenient, they didn't seem confident in best options and what is best is probably a long block away in an underground parking garage. No refrigerator in rooms. Breakfast is average. The location is pretty good.

I booked it specifically for where it was situated and it worked well for my needs. There was a problem at the very beginning when price at booking time was lower than price on arrival. Disappointing. Additionally, it wasn’t handled professionally at the reception 😟

Hotel jest nowy, czysty i bardzo ładny. Niestety, wanna w łazience to całkowite nieporozumienie; bez szans na szybki prysznic, zwłaszcza pod ściętym sufitem. Bardzo niekomfortowe rozwiązanie. Kolejny minus to brak klimatyzacji.

A really nice and tidy hotel with at great atmosphere. Not just another Borring hotel. Simple and tasty breakfast.

This was a slight splurge for us and it felt like a luxury hotel. We had a great stay at Herbal. It was clean, quiet, comfortable, and stylish. We loved that they kept the old wooden beams in our room. Lots of great places to eat nearby and a 10 minute walk to the square.

Beautifully converted building recently converted. Peaceful atmosphere in a central location.

Beautiful rooms that are so quiet you get a wonderful nights sleep. The Winery in the basement is a hidden gem and overall this is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve stayed in a few.
