Nice hotel in the heart of Arequipa. We weren’t there long enough to use all the facilities. Friendly, helpful staff, nice atmosphere, good breakfast with plenty of selection.

The staff were super friendly the moment I walked in, and continued to check on me every time they saw me. The breakfast was great, with a wide variety of options. The location can't be beat! I would highly recommend this hotel!

We stayed here for 4 nights and loved everything about this location! We loved the staff and how comfortable the rooms were. Overall would recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Inside the building was clean and ok, good selection of breakfast. Staff was very responsive to concerns.

A lovely hotel. Only concerns were around the service. We had no response to requests sent via this app for an early check in, on arrival we requested an early check in and were told no rooms were avaliable yet but that we could go to breakfast whilst we wait. Midway through breakfast we were publicly interrupted by another staff member and told it was an extra cost which was uncomfortable (we were not made to feel like guests) as it had been offered to us without mention of cost prior but of course we paid. Additionally, we asked to leave our number and to be called if a room was available early, the receptionist agreed. When I confirmed with another receptionist later, this number hadn't been passed on and I had to leave it again. We accept that an early check in is not always available but I did not like how this was managed. Finally, we reserved the jacuzzi for the following day (our last morning) and it wasn't set up, delaying us over an hour whilst we waited for someone to arrive and then for it to be filled up. I only mention this as for such a short stay it did have a negative impact on our time at what should be a beautiful hotel.

Simple but solid property, pleasant and helpful staff, breakfast was great, well located, room was comfortable but lacked much of a view, comfortable and clean. I enjoyed my time overall and would return given the opportunity in the future.

Great stay, amazing breakfast, a lot of healthy options and really close to downtown Arequipa.

We stayed three nights at the Hilton and were very happy with the central location, friendliness of staff and the breakfast options. The hotel.also organised box breakfasts on the day of our departure. Rooms were spacious,the beds were comfortable and the water pressure in the bathrooms were on point. Happy to recommend !

The hotel itself is very nice and the atmosphere was great. We were able to have breakfast in the patio and Briham offered us excellent service. We got to our hotel in the very early hours of the morning and we were offered coffee and breakfast. Our rooms were not ready and were told that we would get a text when ready. We never received the message so we checked in the late afternoon. All in all, I would recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

Great location and good amenities

Our stay at this hotel was amazing! Everyone was super helpful, friendly, and the property is beautiful and calm. The room was comfortable and in great shape. And the breakfast was so delicious. We'd totally recommend this place and stay here again in the future!
