Our room was nice and clean & had a great view of the ocean. The waterpark included in the stay was nice but not much of a "waterpark" only one slide was working & it was geared more towards smaller children. Which is nice and my kids still enjoyed the one slide over and over again. We ate dinner in the hotel restaurant, it was delicious!! We would definitely stay here again.

My stay at this hotel was great. I was originally down the street and it wasn’t as nice. Construction was pretty bad and the hotel was dated. My family was devastated but they refunded me and I was able to relocate here. It’s so expensive on the weekend, so we’re moving to another hotel tonight that’s near some more amazing places and things to do. So I am happy with my decision to be on the move while in Myrtle Beach!!! Traveling should be affordable because it is definitely a mental health support!! Love and prayers for all those on the move!!

Good stay. Only that when I arrived, I asked

Start to finish was poor. Was given wrist bands for water park. Immediately jumped by employees to show bands or get out. We were wearing them under long sleeve shirts. Ordered drinks. Then jumped we were falsely ordering food and drinks under someone else as my maiden name was on reservation. Sounded like a frat party next door when we tried to sleep. At checkout, we had to wait 40 minutes outside in the heat for valet driver to retrieve our vehicle. Was told we had to use app to get car back. We had already checked out of our room and the lobby is on the 3rd floor. Was not told about valet app beforehand. Felt very sorry for drivers, everyone was angry at them and not their fault either.

The only main downside we experienced was the limited space for parking.

Very nice

Regardless of the weather we were able to enjoy ourselves. It was clean.. quiet... efficient and peaceful. The staff were very friendly..helpful and their were enough staff on hand. Also there were more channels on the TV then other places. The breakfast was great too! I love that there is a restaurant if you didn't want to leave. Love everything!

The breakfast was good. The restaurant being opened continually was good. The room was very dated and housekeeping was very slow.

Nice hotel but terrible beds. I stayed with my sister in her room for several days.The queen beds were hard as rocks. My husband came and we switched to a king and a room for ourselves. The king was a little bit better but still hard and the bedding kept coming off.

We loved staying at this property. We really enjoyed all thst it had to offer. We will be back.

Over all it was fine

The hotel was extremely convenient for a CCMF attender. Perfect indoor water park for those rainy days or too hot to remain on the beach days with a pool side bar and snack area. Lobby is on the 3rd floor along with the basic breakfast bar that gets pretty crowded. Pool was in need of cleaning. We stayed for 6 nights and our room was never cleaned, beds never made and we'd have to find a housekeeper or call down for towels. I felt this was very subpar service! Valet was $25 night, but well ran for the congested and constant flow of traffic.

Great location

Great hotel! It was clean, housekeeping did an excellent job and was immediately available when needed, breakfast was hot, plentiful, and varied daily. The kids loved the pool area and we loved the proximity to the beach and area attractions. Highly recommend for this area.

I only stayed for one day but it was nice! This was the first time I've used valet for my car and there's an app this hotel uses that made it really easy. The valet system made it so the street outside is always busy. The beach is right outside and there's a bunch of walkable food places.

Very good

Everything in our room was unplugged, including fridge and microwave. We had to move large pieces of furniture to plug them in. Our bathroom was very dirty and the shower head had no water pressure.
