The lady on duty wasn’t friendly or pleasant at all

Visiting Friends in the beautiful city of Columbia. Relaxing and lots of natural beauty around. A bit of disappointment in the hotel room: There were gnats in the room, the AC leaked on the floor, and the floor was dirty. On a positive note: Loved having a kitchenette and all items were very clean, even the appliances. The shower was really nice with plenty of hot water. Bed was comfortable and we got a good night sleep. Also, the room was very quiet, we couldn’t even hear the traffic except if a vehicle had a loud muffler. It was very peaceful and quiet. Great place to stay. I stayed one week when they were working on the pool and it was noisy other than that I recommend it

Very nice receptionist at check in. Walls and doors were very dirty. Finger prints left on headboards and TV’s. One out of 3 TV’s worked. I would not stay at Main Stay hotel again.

Great trip

Its not as nice at the photos but for the price and convenience it works.

Nice spot, quiet and convenient to a lot of dining and easy interstate access.

The cleanliness

Our first room had water leak from AC unit, broken toilet seat and shower door and sheets were dirty. We had to change rooms. Next room no better. We left and stayed at the Aloft hotel down the street. The new paint on this hotel cannot cover the filthy rooms and dirty, musty smells of an old building. Front desk was friendly and super understanding. They are on point!

You can hear everything. someone knocked on our window too I wasn’t going to look though. We could hear people talking outside and the cars on the road. The bed was hard. The floor was dirty I found hair on the bathroom floor and walking around barefoot our feet were dirty. The staff were friendly and kind. The stay was okay. The 2 bedrooms were spacious and had a lot of space. Every room had a tv. The kitchen/ living room space was spacious. The kitchen area and fridge were clean.

Newer clean comfortable. We had an over night room but in the extended stay side. Kitchenette was very helpful as we wanted 2 meals in room.

The room smelled pretty bad. The towels were dirty with stains. The floor was sticky. There spider webs in the room.

I showed up and attempted to check in at 3:30pm and they told me they were booked from the previous night and had no clean rooms available at the moment and I had to come back in a few hours. They then refused to cancel me so I could be refunded because I had booked via Expedia. I waited a few hours and the room was still nasty and smelly when I checked in! Hair in the shower everywhere, dirty linen, and the bathroom and the entire room smelling like sewage.

I had dead roaches and bugs in room. Room smelled. Sheets did not look clean. I believe there were bed bugs.

Clean, easy, and spacious

Nice place with good price.

Noisy and beds hard

It was an extremely frustrating experience because the parking wasn’t available and there was entirely too much noise from people sitting in cars playing music late into the night.
