It's quite comfortable and clean. It's just that the soundproofing is lacking so the noise from outside is very disturbing.

Got the 4th floor, it was quite tiring without a lift, the rest was okay.

The room is clean, the sheets are clean, comfortable, the AC is cold, the bathroom is clean. Got 2 towels. Unfortunately there is no elevator, going up the stairs to the 4th floor is quite suffocating, the shower is slow, the water sometimes goes out, the staff is hard to find. Want to ask about the water when it goes out, can't be contacted back and forth, want to get your ID card when checking out, looking for the staff is not there for a long time.

There were no towels when we entered the room, we only asked the receptionist in the morning and they gave us some, there was a written WA call but no response, there was no drinking water or toothbrush
