I took the wooden house type for 1.2 million rupiah, it was not worth it at all. First, when I arrived at 7:00 PM, the mattress was dirty, lots of dust fell from the ceiling, no dental kit was provided (I had to ask for it first, then it was delivered). The bathroom didn't drain, it was blocked, I complained, and then it was fixed. Breakfast time was from 7-9 AM, when I arrived at 8 AM, it was all gone, I asked the staff for a refill before it was refilled. At 9:30 AM, the water was off. The water for the jacuzzi didn't turn on, the water in the bathroom (shower, bidet, sink) didn't turn on for about an hour before it turned on again, the information was that there was a problem with the pump. Many spots were left abandoned and dirty. Apart from that, of course I won't go back there again, haha.

The surrounding atmosphere is very nice and environmentally friendly.

Please improve the Wi-Fi facility, it's not very fast, sometimes slow, and the bathroom door is broken, making it uncomfortable.

Bathroom amenities must be requested before being given, food & breakfast are just ordinary, the bathroom shower was off from morning until check out, I called the hotel staff saying I wanted to go to the room but still didn't go to the room, the hot water at night after checking in was only slightly warm, not even warm enough, there was still a bit of cold, the jacuzzi is also not a jacuzzi whose water is always warm, but just a round jacuzzi-style pool filled with slightly warm water, then after the water is full and stopped filling the water temperature returns to cold.

1. The location is quite easy to access. 2. Friendly service, complaints are responded to quickly, but have not been resolved (warm water). 3. The glamping family type room is spacious and strategic. 4. The swimming pool is slightly full, the bottom is dirty (there is sand and worms). 5. The bathroom, hot water is not available (because there is a problem, it has been turned on for almost an hour but it is still cold), the floor drain is slow to drain, so it is stagnant.

The hotel's atmosphere is comfortable and relaxing. The food is also quite tasty and satisfying. However, the room cleanliness is unfortunately not well maintained, with the floor still dusty, as if it hadn't been mopped. The facilities are also less than optimal. The Jacuzzi pool water is cold, and the water is only warm when you check out at 10 a.m., and you have to inform the receptionist. The bathroom water doesn't turn on from morning until check out. Hopefully, these improvements will be made in the future to make your stay more comfortable.

Honestly, this is a scam for that price. If the place is okay, but the cleanliness is very lacking, from the hotel room which is very damp, smells so bad that it is difficult to breathe, to bathroom amenities such as toothbrushes/toothpaste being forgotten. And also the area around the hotel is very dirty, the hotel management should be improved more, the garden around the hotel should be thrown in the trash after being trimmed, but instead it is scattered. Hopefully in the future they will pay more attention, for that price I think it is expensive with lacking facilities. It is not wrong to assume this is a scam because of the lacking facilities.

The Wi-Fi password kept getting wrong, and the receptionist checked it, but it still wouldn't work. The jacuzzi was cold because the hot water was having trouble. I only got it working two hours before check-out, and even then, it was only slightly warm.

The experience is nice, perhaps the service could be further optimized, especially in responding to all guest needs :)

very interesting hotel concept with glamping rooms and natural views. the room conditions are quite comfortable, only the cleanliness needs to be improved such as the bathroom mat and the entrance door being replaced with a more absorbent one.. the food is quite delicious.. during the rainy season, the access from the lobby to the room is quite slippery, my family members have slipped several times..

A pretty fun vacation and a great natural atmosphere. There is a private jacuzzi too.

It's not bad, but the price would be better if it was more affordable

First came to see the location is good, but when I saw the place to stay immediately disappointed, the front view of the room directly faces a stall that karaoke from us arrived until 5 pm was turned off. The jacuzzi water came out very little at 9 pm was only filled, and even then the water was cold. The hot water in the room was not on, the toilet was broken and could not be flushed. It's a shame that a place with such beautiful views is not managed optimally. Hopefully Soemo Hill can improve soon.

Overall it's okay, but we didn't expect it to be this cold for us. Definitely kids friendly and there's a place for kids to play, so happy to be able to spend the weekend here. But maybe next time they can provide breakfast that's more edible for toddlers (not spicy). Thank you the soemo hills 👍

The room needs to be renovated because the wooden house has a lot of rotting wood.

We were 12 of us, we stayed on 3 family glamping. Only 1 bathroom that got some water for shower, mine was only toilet & sink. There rest no water access at all. We came all the way from Prigi Beach in the morning, we felt sticky, dirty, tired & sleepy! We went down to the front desk asking for it, they said was still under maintenance due to heavy rain. There was no other solution! We tried to shower in the swimming pool but only cold water available. So, we went to bed without shower! The cleanliness of the glamping needs to improve, there were many bugs inside the room & the pillows were moldy! Beside that waiting time for dinner was too long! About an hour! Plus many rats around the restaurant! The view & hospitality were nice!
