- Kamar sempit & bed kecil tipe twin (tidak worth it)- SPREI & sarung bantal guling bau apek (kayak tidak diganti)- selimut jelek sangat² apek banget, kain udah rusak.- tidak ada tv & wifi lemot/signal lemah.- kamar mandi kotor jorok closed/wc noda kuning tidak pernah dibersihkan.- air tidak lancar, TERBATAS, air panas terbatas karena kapasitas mesin kecil, shower tidak bisa, mandi pake ember dan gayung dikran biasa, amenitis tidak tersedia.- free breakfast nasi goreng tapi kurang enak, karena masaknya asal²an pake bumbu racik instant+TELOR ½matangnya oke sih (bagi yang suka ½MATANG)- gerbang buka tutup sendiri, malam digembok, jadi tidak bisa bebas keluar masuk.- semoga ada perbaikan layanan, terutama kebersihan.- lokasi dekat kota ungaran karena perbatasan antara kalipepe banyumanik dan taman unyil.- niatnya menginap di sini karena penasaran, karena kayak bangunan baru, ESTETIK, secara visual rupa bangunan bagus, ada dapur di lantai 2, cafe mini di lantai bawah & kebetulan ada acara di ungaran, tapi tidak sesuai harapan, IT 's oke lah dapat pengalaman.- mungkin penutup-penutup pada harga ada rasa-rasa.

Memuaskan untuk 80 ribu! Dari bangunan, kamar, fasilitas sampai penjaga hotelnya punya semacam daya pikat untuk menulis cerita fiksi wkwk tapi sayang sekali lupa buat ngambil beberapa potret kehidupan di Twin Castle.
