The staff is friendly and very helpful. The room is clean, comfortable, and has a pretty good view. It's close to Suria KLCC, just a short walk away. 👍 There's also a Seven Eleven downstairs.

Strategic location. Affordable price.

It was hard to contact the person in charge of the apartment, but the location is really strategic and the apartment is clean & tidy.

There is no telephone number listed so I have difficulty contacting them.

Strategic location in the middle of the city, unfortunately you have to pay for swimming, the tenants are not friendly. The rooms are good.

It turns out there is no breakfast after asking Vortex. Given the rules. Vortex told me to complain to Traveloka. It's not much money. They shouldn't give the breakfast checkbox option. But the app shouldn't include the extra breakfast option according to the occupants and in reality there is none.

Arriving at Vortex at 1 am, I was confused because there was no receptionist, I asked the security guard to contact the number listed on Traveloka, thank God it connected. They asked for a 200rm deposit & 10rm tax, they said. Haha. To use the swimming pool, pay 20rm/person.

Very good, very friendly service, close to the twin towers and Menara Malaysia is also close, just walk there.

The location is very strategic, close to Petronas and approximately 1 km to Bukit Bintang. The apartment is clean, the AC is cold, there is hot water, a washing machine, and a complete kitchen. Highly recommended. ⭐.

If you go to KL, definitely come here again... it's close to everywhere so it's better and more economical.
