My stay at the hotel was great! The staff were friendly, the ambiance was top notch! (I wonder what was the air freshener the hotel used, it was so good). The minus I've encountered was the shower gel already ran out (I only noticed this after I'm already in the bathroom), but it's fine I guess (there a soap bar in the amenities kit). And the coffee machine lid cannot be closed. Please make sure the amenities in the room are ready next time!

With a price of 1 million, the hotel is not worth it, far from the city, the surrounding area is an old, uninhabited building, if you use a motorbike, the parking is far away, passing through a very dark parking lot, the duve cover is a bit yellow and also the towel, the cleanliness area is not detailed, when I arrived the soap was empty, the bathtub had no hot water, the shower to turn off the water had to be pressed quite hard (this is abnormal), the food choices are also lacking, less hygienic, for me who loves hospitality, this is like a slightly better version of Oyo. Please improve everything, this 4 star hotel only has a spacious room, the rest needs to be improved.
