The linen and doormat were never changed during my 5-night stay, even though they were very dirty, and the towels smelled really bad from getting wet. Housekeeping checked the towels themselves, wiped them a little wet, and then smelled them. The smell was like the doormats had never been washed. I ended up moving hotels even though I was only in Bali for a week (Housekeeping checked so they would know and correct it). The first day I got a room with a clogged, dirty, and smelly toilet, so I ended up moving. The second room was quite okay, but every time a towel was hung in the bathroom... one bathroom also smelled even though I had asked for new towels several times. Sorry, I have to give it a 2/10 for cleanliness. The service was okay, polite, and helpful 8/10. The location was great 9/10. Once again, please prioritize cleanliness, even though there are a lot of local guests, I think local tourists also deserve a clean place. I only managed to take a photo of the doormat, but I didn't have time to take a photo of the crusty toilet because I didn't think I'd comment, but it's true, so things can get better in the future.
