⭐ This was an extremely frustrating and disappointing stay. I have stayed at this hotel multiple times before, and a hair dryer was always provided without any issues. This time, however, the hotel suddenly changed its policy without any prior notice to guests. At check-in, I was told the hair dryer could only be borrowed for 2 hours, which was already inconvenient. I planned to request it only when needed. But when I returned to the hotel late at night and asked for it, I was then told that it was no longer complimentary and required payment. The rules kept changing depending on who you spoke to, which is unacceptable. The situation was made even worse by the attitude of the receptionist/admin on duty — arrogant, dismissive, and completely lacking customer service. There was no attempt to explain politely, apologize, or offer a solution. After a long day, having to argue late at night over a basic amenity like a hair dryer is not what any guest expects. This unnecessary “drama” ruined my night and left a very bad impression. This will be my last stay at this hotel. I would not recommend it to anyone who values clear communication and respectful service

All the staff are friendly and the service is satisfactory...the only downside is that the breakfast is very ordinary, not many choices.

The linen and doormat were never changed during my 5-night stay, even though they were very dirty, and the towels smelled really bad from getting wet. Housekeeping checked the towels themselves, wiped them a little wet, and then smelled them. The smell was like the doormats had never been washed. I ended up moving hotels even though I was only in Bali for a week (Housekeeping checked so they would know and correct it). The first day I got a room with a clogged, dirty, and smelly toilet, so I ended up moving. The second room was quite okay, but every time a towel was hung in the bathroom... one bathroom also smelled even though I had asked for new towels several times. Sorry, I have to give it a 2/10 for cleanliness. The service was okay, polite, and helpful 8/10. The location was great 9/10. Once again, please prioritize cleanliness, even though there are a lot of local guests, I think local tourists also deserve a clean place. I only managed to take a photo of the doormat, but I didn't have time to take a photo of the crusty toilet because I didn't think I'd comment, but it's true, so things can get better in the future. It's a bit complicated for those who bring a car, but they still help you with parking.

When I go to Bali, I often stay here because it's strategically located near bars and the service is also good. The price is also affordable. It's recommended for those who like the nightlife in Bali. If you're looking for a quiet, peaceful hotel, don't stay here because you'll end up complaining and not being able to sleep :)

Even borrowing cutlery is difficult. It's difficult to borrow cutlery in a hotel in a crowded area, the parking lot is not big/spacious, there is only one elevator that is active even though it's the holiday season, there is no AC in the elevator or the corridors of the rooms, there is no soundproofing, the restaurant staff are thin and impolite and don't serve you in a friendly manner, the restaurant also runs out of food and it's very slow to refill the food...

During my 8 night stay, I didn't refill my toothbrush 3 times and only got a shower cap once, and the food was boring.

The room is clean but it's a shame it's so far through the corridor to get to the room, friendly service, easy access, next time I'll come here again ☺️
