My first experience staying at Hotel Arro Bukittinggi, the room is spacious, clean, even without AC it is cool, provided with a fan, mineral water, there is a prayer mat and the Quran, there is also a pantry, so you can brew water, cook your own noodles, there is a terrace per room, the view is nice, close to culinary places, supermarkets. Next time I go to Bukittinggi, I will come here again... Thank you Arro Hotel

The hotel staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable. There's a public water gallon dispenser, and there's a prayer room next to the hotel. Overall, it's very good.

the room is very spacious, clean and comfortable. just a bit worried because there is no special parking for motorbikes in a closed area. the staff & receptionists do not wear special uniforms, so it is a bit difficult if you need help, the staff service is good and responsive. hopefully in the future it can be better

The hotel is clean, some rooms have fans, some have AC, and the ones without AC are already very cold. The hotel is on the main road, not too far from the clock tower. I will stay here again next time.
