Clean room, cold AC, ok

front desk is very unfriendly,

My biggest highlight was how friendly and helpful the staffs are. Plenty of smiles and very kind too. room cleanliness is a bit lacking. But its not so bad that i cant sleep. all in all, its an enjoyable stay for the price it offered.

The deposit money has not been returned until now. They said they would transfer it but there was none. The review about the deposit money not being returned is true.

The room smells of cigarettes, the bathroom door is broken. The sheets and blankets are a bit dirty and there are no towels, soap, shampoo. The 100 thousand deposit was deliberately paid in cash so that when CO was available, it was requested to be transferred, but in fact it has not been received until now. The worst experience during my stay, better find another place that is more worth it.

I stayed for 3 nights and initially got a fairly good room and had a television. But suddenly on the third day I was asked to move to a room with a smaller bed size and no television, meaning it was not in accordance with the price I paid. With the excuse that there were other residents who wanted to use the room I rented. Clearly this is a violation of the tenant's rights. Please pay attention to the management.

The location is okay but the room floor is dirty, the bathroom floor is full of red worms, the TV won't turn on and no complaints are accepted. The room provided does not match the one ordered and the description of the room that has been ordered. And the return of the guarantee is long, until now it has not been transferred back. The room is okay, all the interior is modern, but the floor is very dirty, no blankets & towels are provided. The wifi is also a bit slow. Based on yesterday's experience, the service is not very friendly, we asked to clean the room but it felt like we were scolded (they only clean it when checking out) even though the room was dirty not because of us, from the beginning the floor was dirty. The communication is lacking from our perspective as guests, we are pressured by the tone of the guard's voice. Basically, the service and communication are not comfortable. Actually, it wouldn't be a problem no matter what the room is like, but at least serve the guests in a friendly manner, please 🙏🏻. Super bad mood for 5 nights staying there.

Sesuai dengan harga. Cocok untuk transit saja menurut saya. Hanya tersedia kamar (ac toilet) tapi tidak ada selimut, handuk, alat mandi. Tapi ini sesuai dengan harga. Jadi sesuaikan dengan kebutuhan. Deposit di awal 100 rb dan dikembalikan via transfer, menurut saya bagusnya langsung tunai. Untuk security cukup baik tapi kurang dalam komunikasi.

Foto berbeda dari yang asli. C/i lama sekali bdw c/i manual gak pakai sistem kena ini lebih ke kosan ternyata. Akses pintu pakai kartu karena sewa harian jadi gak dapat jadi mau masuk harus nyari petugas nya dulu (klu dari dalam bisa di buka tanpa akses).
