Lots of staff but no customers. Rooms are old, equipment is outdated. They were not able to fix the WiFi issue. I came to work for the afternoon and it was not possible at all. I decided to leave for another hotel. I really do not recommend this hotel, the pool looked very dirty.

If you have disabled children, don't bring them here. You can't even use the pool. It's like dying. You can't even use the parking lot if you have disabled children. If you want someone to drive, only disabled people can use it. Disabled drivers rarely drive. The toilet bowl is always blocked. The same goes for the toilet floor. It's always blocked.. This hotel looks beautiful but the beauty is not usable. Cleanliness is not maintained very well.

Overall experience was ok except the bathroom. The knob falls off and you can't fully switch from the shower to the bathtub water flow. Water came out from both outlets. I felt they can make better use of the big lake for more activities rather than leaving it idle. Didn't fix back the jetty or another structure which looks like a floating restaurant. It is really a waste.

Heck, it's very slow. We stayed 20 minutes and three people at the reception had a problem with their system. You have to forget about the pool and the gym. There's nothing to walk around. You can't imagine a real resort.

the design is nice, room is big and comfortable. my kids really love the bathtub. just the pool looks dirty with mud. I know the concept is beach in city, but it's not clean. but I still enjoy my trip there
