The reception staff were very helpful and provided excellent recommendations. The room was beautiful and clean, but not very soundproof. Overall, I was very impressed with the location, service, and facilities.

The rooms and facilities are good, with AC electric vehicle charging stations. The hotel grounds are spacious, perfect for walking and running. Bicycles are available for free use. However, the food at the restaurant wasn't quite to my liking.

The room was clean, but the door didn't close completely, causing a loud banging sound all night as wind let in. The staff were helpful, but they didn't offer luggage service. The dining area was very small with limited food options; it felt like it wasn't worth the price. Overall, the atmosphere and view were okay, and it was clean. Parking was limited, with cars having to double-park during long holiday weekends.

The weather was great. The male receptionist was attentive, but the check-in process was irregular. If you arrived later than the check-in time, you had to wait for the room to be prepared before you could check in.

The hotel is comfortable and luxurious, with excellent service. A buggy is always ready to take you anywhere within the Stella-Ozone-Mövenpick area. There are Italian and international restaurants, Indonesian cuisine, a swimming pool, and the Castleton Coffee Shop, located just 200 meters from the hotel. It feels like you're in a fairy tale; the European-style buildings are enchanting and the views are breathtaking. I recommend renting a car while in Khao Yai for easy transportation. Luckily, you can order a taxi through the front desk.

Convenient because we went golfing, but it might be far for those who want to eat at restaurants outside the hotel rather than at the hotel.

Very pleasant stay with fresh air but pretty far from main attractions. Very quiet and family friendly. Love the mini zoo which is well kept!

Good accommodation, good atmosphere, beautiful room, delicious breakfast. But one thing I would like to criticize is that some of the room lights are not bright enough. You can only call a golf cart on the way there. On the way back, the call never connects, so you have to walk back to the accommodation, which is quite far.

Overall, I was very impressed. The accommodation was beautiful, clean, and had a wonderful atmosphere. 🩵 The staff provided excellent service, from the taxi drivers to the lobby. Everyone was smiling, polite, and genuinely caring, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. This is a truly exceptionally well-maintained property. The only thing I wasn't impressed with was when I was taking photos at Movenpick and eating and drinking there, which are in the same area. The security guard was unfriendly, rude, and asked me where I was going, etc. He then blew a whistle to tell me to park upstairs, as if he was trying to chase me away when I was parking near the castle entrance to take photos. Actually, if he had asked me to park upstairs, that would have been fine. He didn't have to go so far as to blow a whistle. It felt like he was being chased away, which ruined the atmosphere a bit. I understand the guard was just doing his job, but tone of communication is very important, especially at a property of this caliber. Overall, Estella Khao Yai is still a very pleasant place to stay. I'll definitely come back if I have the chance.

We did an upgrade because the room building that we have got was still relatively under construction. But the ambience of the location and how near it was to movenpick, it was a great choice for the budget. I recommend Estella, and shall I have further plans to Khao Yai, should be one of the hotel choices I would consider to stay again.

Very good accommodation, located in the middle of vast nature. Although the location is far from the main route of Khao Yai, it makes this place not chaotic with traffic jams. The room is big and clean, very good value for money. I will definitely come back again.
