Very pleasant stay with fresh air but pretty far from main attractions. Very quiet and family friendly. Love the mini zoo which is well kept!

Good accommodation, good atmosphere, beautiful room, delicious breakfast. But one thing I would like to criticize is that some of the room lights are not bright enough. You can only call a golf cart on the way there. On the way back, the call never connects, so you have to walk back to the accommodation, which is quite far.

Overall, I was very impressed. The accommodation was beautiful, clean, and had a wonderful atmosphere. 🩵 The staff provided excellent service, from the taxi drivers to the lobby. Everyone was smiling, polite, and genuinely caring, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. This is a truly exceptionally well-maintained property. The only thing I wasn't impressed with was when I was taking photos at Movenpick and eating and drinking there, which are in the same area. The security guard was unfriendly, rude, and asked me where I was going, etc. He then blew a whistle to tell me to park upstairs, as if he was trying to chase me away when I was parking near the castle entrance to take photos. Actually, if he had asked me to park upstairs, that would have been fine. He didn't have to go so far as to blow a whistle. It felt like he was being chased away, which ruined the atmosphere a bit. I understand the guard was just doing his job, but tone of communication is very important, especially at a property of this caliber. Overall, Estella Khao Yai is still a very pleasant place to stay. I'll definitely come back if I have the chance.

Very good accommodation, located in the middle of vast nature. Although the location is far from the main route of Khao Yai, it makes this place not chaotic with traffic jams. The room is big and clean, very good value for money. I will definitely come back again.

All the staffs are smiling and provide excellent service. You can add more welcome drinks yourself. The overall room is very good. If I have to criticize, it is only the hot water system which is a bit difficult to control, but other hotels that use this system are the same. Since there are not many rooms for breakfast, it may not be very diverse, but it is quite complete. If anyone is looking for a place to stay with a good atmosphere, quiet (no noise from other rooms at all), I recommend this place. If you have the chance to visit Khao Yai again, this place will definitely be one of your main choices.
