I booked a room at your place for March 28th, but I had a traffic accident while driving near Vung Tau and couldn't make it. It's so sad and regrettable 🥲

The toilet door wouldn't close, and there were cockroaches crawling all over the room, even onto the bed.

The hotel is at the end of Phan Van Tri street, so it's quite a walk. The bathroom doesn't have a water heater. The staff are friendly. Check-in is at 2 PM, but check-out is at 12 PM. An extra hour costs 60,000 VND on Saturdays and Sundays.

I booked the room almost a week in advance, paid in full, and thought I'd just check in like at other hotels. On the day of check-in, when I went to the reception, they said the hotel was currently closed and that the police would arrest guests if they accepted any. They refunded the room fee and apologized. They didn't offer any compensation or help in finding another room or recommend any other options. In the end, I had to take my money back and find a much more expensive room because it was Saturday, and unbooked rooms are naturally more expensive. There was another person in the same situation as me, as everything was unannounced, leaving them completely unprepared. Everyone should avoid this place.

Not having a single bottle of water to drink was a terrible part of the experience.

The room was ok but there weren't even 2 bottles of water in the hotel room. Not very satisfied.

The room location is quite convenient, a few hundred meters from Back Beach, surrounded by many shops, even a convenience store. The room is smaller than described, the bed sheets are a bit dirty. I stayed for 2 nights but did not get 2 free bottles of water every day. There is an electric kettle but no drinking glasses, the mouthwash cup is covered with a layer of gold. The hair dryer is broken, luckily the receptionist was enthusiastic and helped change it.

The receptionist I met was very cute and enthusiastic. The hotel is located near Back Beach, surrounded by many restaurants and convenience stores, very convenient. The room was okay and clean. If I come back to Vung Tau, I will book a room here again.

I have been to this hotel several times and I love it.

Too bad I recorded a video but couldn't upload it. The bed sheets were very dirty when I rented the room. In the morning, there was loud drilling and chiseling. The room didn't even have a hanger, a chair, or a bottle of mineral water to use.

Room price is very reasonable compared to the location near Vung Tau square, very close to walking distance

The receptionist when I went was not very friendly, a bit unpleasant and had an attitude towards guests.
