It's really nice to live here.

I love the stays! My father is on a wheelchair, all the staff are really helpful! Thank you so much for helping us out! In fact, we extended our stay for another night. For sure [we] will come again ❤️

First, the hotel is very beautiful and modern. Second, parking is provided (but the price differed according to the receptionist and the parking attendant). Third, the room is spacious and comfortable. There are just a few things that need improvement: Bathroom cleanliness (there was still visible dirt). Drinks from previous guests were not disposed of. The air conditioner had inconsistent cooling (turning on and off). However, we really enjoyed our stay there. Thank you to the very kind staff.

The hotel was lovely, and the décor was very aesthetic. However, there are some areas that could be improved, such as the variety of breakfast options. The bed was quite hard, making it difficult for me to sleep, and the pillows were rather stiff. I wish the bed and pillows were more comfortable, as that would definitely make me want to return. But if no improvements are made, this might be my first and last stay here.

Very nice boutique hotel and close to city center. Everything clean and spacious room. But the hallway a little bit dark especially at night but everything ok during stay there

its nice room with view Twin Tower. the room clean, which Independence day busy no more double. but Twin also comfortable. Hotel has Rooftop bar and swimming and Gym also. breakfast quiet okey basically food provided. Staffs friendly.

I had such a pleasant stay at STeg Hotel! ✨ The room was clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed — I loved the artistic touches and cozy atmosphere. Staff were friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. The location is also super convenient, easy to access nearby cafes and attractions. The whole vibe of the hotel felt calm and inspiring — perfect for both a short getaway or a peaceful work trip. Definitely a place I’d love to come back to! Highly recommended for those who appreciate comfort with a touch of creativity. 💛

Overall a pleasant stay for 1 night, especially like the lift that does not need card access. The bad part is room air con is too cold even when adjusted to above 30degC. I think the worst is the breakfast, I went there just before 9am (breakfast time is 7-10am), and most of the dishes were already empty, only left the fried noodles/rice and bread. There are no topping up of those empty trays even though more guest coming in after me, probably the worst breakfast I have taken so far in a Kuala Lumpur hotel.

I booked this room last minute because the accommodation I booked before hand wasn't being transparent at all. Which is to say I didn't have much time to check the pictures but I saw the reviews on booking and google, which were quite good, and the price that I got on traveloka was amazing. When I got there it only got better. The receptionists were friendly, the hotel was clean and modern, they have an awesome pool and a basic gym. Only possible problem is that it 's not very close to the public transport, but the grab cars in Malaysia were so cheap I couldn't care less.

Our room was 616. Love everything about the room. The valet guy is very friendly. We had deep sleep. Gosh, you are going to be my favourite hotel, STEG!

Lovely hotel. Nice decoration, good pool, shame rooftop wasn't open due to renovation works. Only down side is the area which we thought felt a bit unsafe only a few streets away from the hotel, but Grab is cheap and easy to get everywhere you need to go.
