Great stay at Charming Moon Hotel Hanoi Old Quarter! Super strategic location in the Old Quarter, walking distance to everywhere. Clean room, friendly staff, and very helpful service. Only downside is a bit noisy at night, but still worth it for the price and location. Would stay again!

Charming Moon is an amazing hotel. It's amazing in the middle of Old Quarter, amazing vibes in the evening. Mr. Jay, the reception staff, is very friendly and caring always. He guides on shopping places and other transportation-related queries. Overall, we were a group of 12 people, we really enjoyed staying here in this hotel. We highly recommend this hotel for all travelers looking to have an amazing stay at an affordable cost in the middle of the Old Quarter.

Not clean, dirty

The location is very strategic, near the lake, many restaurants and cafes and shops. Close to the viral Banchong restaurant. Clean and fragrant hotel, large rooms, clean bathrooms. Friendly and very helpful staff. The elevator, although small, is very fast with a good appearance. The drawback is that if you bring a large suitcase, it is difficult to open freely, suggestions to add a suitcase place near the bathroom. If I come back, I will stay here again.

I stayed for 4 days and 3 nights. The hotel location is very strategic. Close to several tourist attractions and access to places to eat is also very easy.
