not recommended. dirty and Messy bathroom. the location is not strategic

The Junior Suites had no TV, only a bracket, several lights were out, no toilet paper, no trash can, dirty toilets, and towels were provided as a mere formality because they were really dirty, haha. Check-in was at 2:00 PM and left at 10:30 PM.

The TV doesn't work, so I'm annoyed, poor kid, there's no entertainment.

The building is poorly maintained, the cleanliness of the beds, it seems the sheets have never been changed, even the towels are used by people who have come home from there, my child is all itchy

canceled my stay, the location is far into the village, the facilities are not good, even when it rains there are no umbrellas so it rains, access is integrated with the residents of the house, not comfortable, quiet

The location is easy to reach, some properties need to be tidied up and cleaned including the swimming pool and the area around the pool, it's a shame because the ambiance is good.

The adult swimming pool is dirty, hopefully more attention will be paid to the existing facilities.

The hotel staff is very friendly and the service is excellent. It was quite an impressive stay at Vila Bunda Cifor. We hope they continue to provide the best service to all their guests.

The staff is friendly, kind, and respectful 👍 Thank you for providing a plaster cast for my child whose big toe was cut by a crack in the tile in the small pool. It's a shame the place is beautiful but poorly maintained. I was initially in a superior room, but it wasn't very clean, so I was upgraded to a deluxe room. You really need to be extra careful about bringing personal items like clean towels, toiletries, etc. Please upgrade the facilities. Thank you... I hope to visit again sometime.

The room lights were dark, the mat was dirty, the water heater wasn't working... I wanted to soak in the bathtub but I couldn't.

The villa is quite nice, but it's not well maintained. It's a shame that when we were there, the electricity from the PLN substation went out. Luckily, the villa management quickly turned on the generator. We'll come back next time.

When I first entered the door, it was hard to open and I locked it for quite a few minutes because I had to trick the room into not being able to open it because it was a wooden type. When I entered the bed, the sheets and pillows looked like they hadn't been changed for a long time and the room smelled of urine. The air conditioning in the room was cool and stuffy. Finally, I complained and asked to change rooms. Finally, I agreed when I checked our room and when I changed the room, it didn't smell of urine, but the bathroom looked like it was rarely used and the sheets had lots of stains. And the room was like a mosquito nest, so I could only sleep at dawn because it was really a mosquito nest.. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN 😫

all the hotel staff and employees are okay..only maybe the hotel facilities are a little lacking, especially the AC is not cold enough, my family and I were sweating while sleeping,,maybe the AC needs to be replaced or repaired,,it doesn't spread..for other facilities for me it's not a problem,,recommendation to stay at this hotel..

It's great, I've been there several times and it's still comfortable.

Overall, it's pretty good. It's perfect for those looking to save some money on a tight budget. However, if this accommodation were better maintained, I think it would be highly recommended.
