The staff is very friendly, the room is clean... unfortunately, the breakfast was promised at 7 but it was only ready at 8. But that's okay.

The place is on the side of the road, the rooms are clean, the water is good, recommended for staying in Sembalun.

The accommodation located in a strategic place, near to famous tourist spot Bukit Selong and the has an amazing view. The staff is nice & kind, upon arrival we are served with welcome drink & snacks. The room is spacious & clean, the waterheater function very well. There is no AC in the room, because the temperature at night is already cool. Definietly will come to stay here again if visiting Sembalun. Thanks

Nyaman banget worth the price

I really enjoyed staying at Bukit Tiga Lima. The atmosphere is cool with a beautiful view, because it is surrounded by the Sembalun hills. A special glamping model. Clean neatly arranged rooms, clean toilets, clean towels. Please maintain it. Oh yes, you can have breakfast too. Thank You

Because there was one thing that I didn't stay overnight, but the hotel was very responsive, it could be used on my behalf to stay overnight for my other family.

The room is nice, but located on the side of the road. So if a car or motorbike passes by, it's quite noisy, if the sun is hot, the room will get very hot.
