My husband and I would like to sincerely thank the team for the wonderful hospitality. We truly enjoyed our stay from 12–15 April and had a very pleasant experience throughout. We deeply appreciate the care and thoughtful service extended to us, and we look forward to staying with you again. Although we didn’t have the chance to try the hotel breakfast, dinner was excellent. The atmosphere at Level 2 was calm and relaxing, and the staff were incredibly attentive—kindly providing us with a lamp while we were seated outdoors. It felt like a candlelight dinner, which made our celebration of our 2nd wedding anniversary even more special. Thank you once again for making our stay so memorable. It was the perfect way to celebrate our first Songkran together. 😊 Location: 7 - 10 mins walk from BTS (weather was a little too hot to go under so we grab whenever we can) It was a little too quiet at night, not much shops where we stayed (maybe a few eateries) and nearest 7-11 is around the BTS.

I had a pleasant stay at Karaarom Hotel. The location was very convenient, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast was good with decent choices, and overall the hotel gave a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. I would recommend it for a short trip 👍

Good hotel but the shower was cold.

Clean and comfortable room. From the room, laundry, bar, staff are all good. About 500m from BTS Thonglo, about 5-7 minutes walk to get there. The minus point for me is that the room is a bit poor in soundproofing. The room next door has children screaming and crying, although you can't hear clearly, you can still hear the sound from the other room. The mattress is quite soft so it's not comfortable to sleep, I like a firmer mattress so my back doesn't hurt. Next time if I can find a good price, I will come back here

The staffs are very friendly and helpful, fluent in English. They provided us a cup of drink and snack while we are there. Staff gave us a BTS map and information around here, BTS Thong Lor is just a 7-10 min walk away depends on your pace. We are able to store our luggage in lobby before check in time which is very convenient for us. Hands free heading out for food hunting! There was a plate of complimentary fruits in our room fridge! The breakfast was really great, there are so many choices such as big breakfast, salad, yogurt, fruits, pastry, porridge, etc. The only cons is poor sound insulation, I can hear my sister talking from my room haha! Maybe wear earplugs if you are planning to stay here. Had a great time while staying here, I'm definitely coming back here.

Staffs friendly. So happy that there is a small kitchen in the room, and jasmine tree beside the balcony. I was glad to join the small new year party on the rooftop. Great experience for me.

This is a great first-class hotel. It has a very good overall design plan, including the check-in hall and the restaurant. The breakfast is also very rich. The service staff is speechless, especially the trainee lady. I am very satisfied with the service. Dinner I ate there for three consecutive days and got a very good CP value. The food was delicious and affordable. It was really great!

The room's clean, service are good, foods are delicious, the coffee's great, and the bed is comfortable. The price is a bit pricey.

The room design is so cozy and make us feel like home. All facilities are functional. Staffs took care us with super duper nice services. Breakfast was great! And dinner at Mareeji was yummy! I'll surely book this hotel again for my next trip in Bangkok.

The hotel is newly built, so it is very clean and fragrant, the staff is very enthusiastic. Under the front desk is a super beautiful virtual living cafe. The only downside is that it's a bit far from BTS, about 500m away, so it's a bit tiring to walk in when going out. Still, it's worth the experience.
