My three-day stay here was very pleasant. Check-in was very easy, no deposit required; just use your SIM card for security. The room was quite spacious, the bathroom was clean and had a glass window that offered a view. There was a TV and a fairly large refrigerator, very cold air conditioning, and hot water for showers. The balcony could be used as a smoking area, and there was a closet for storing clothes and toiletries. Breakfast was on the rooftop. Drinks weren't available, but there was a dispenser in the hallway that could be accessed at any time. A small suggestion would be to have curtains on the balcony door, as direct sunlight streams in very brightly if you're directly in front of the door. There's also a lack of soundproofing in the room, as passing trains are too noisy. The sockets near the sink could be moved, as splashes of water could cause an electrical short.
If I go back to Yogyakarta, I'd probably stay here again, as it's strategically located behind Tugu Station, and Malioboro is only a 500-minute walk away.
