why am I forced to give only good review, while I am so dissatisfied with overall experience

The hotel was clean and easily accessible. The staff was very helpful, even though we had to check in outside of their business hours.

It's a decent Hotel with a good location and facilities inside the room. There are also two convenience stores on the ground level that make staying there more enjoyable. Overall, we got more than what we paid, the only downside is the elevator that sometimes breaks.

the room is very fancy but the price is cheaper than you can imagine. One down side that the window and the floor is dirty like have not been cleaned for ages. But in general everything is fine.

Good host. Using cash mode for deposits and doesn't retain your deposits more than 24 hours unlike others who keep almost 10 days just because they automate check-in/out system.

No staff to help for late check in. Tried help line, no one picked up calls. Ended up not staying at all.

With an economical price, you can get a luxurious room. That was extraordinary, plus the CS service was helffull, dt. G checked in at midnight and was still well served.

But there is no free parking. And the available parking is RM12 per entry.

The room key was malfunctioning when we back to the hotel at 10.30pm. Made 20 calls to the hotline but nobody pick up the call. They refunded the 1 night fees but the fees incurred to get urgent accommodation is much more higher. The only great thing is staffs’ attitude are OK. Overall, I have very bad experience here & not recommend it.
