The bed was comfortable. We stayed for 2 nights but only got 2 bottles of drinking water on the first day, they didn’t refill the bottles of drinking water. And also didn’t refill the toilet paper. Probably, because we didn’t ask them to clean the room. Fortunately, there was a 7-11 nearby and some local food stores. The staffs were friendly. The room was quiet until you heard someone did something loud in the other rooms. You could also hear people from upstairs walking.

In front of the hotel there is a delicious Vietnamese restaurant with a variety of food.

This is a new hotel located near the city center and Central shopping mall. The rooms are beautiful and charming, but unfortunately, breakfast is not included. Nevertheless, I'm giving it 5 stars. Overall, it's good, clean, and a pleasant place to stay.

The room is clean, the water is strong and warm, the air conditioner is cool, the bed is soft and the pillows are comfortable. The only downside is that you can't watch Netflix.

The room is new, clean, and smells good. I like it very much. But there are a lot of mosquitoes outside. I don't know if it's because it's raining or not. The staff's service is good.

The hotel is cute, minimal, clean, convenient, the staff are very welcoming and close to Central and Ayutthaya City Park.

Very wonderful hotel! The photos are true. Hotels are clean and new, and located near Central and the city. Since it ' s new, AC works very well, cold and comfortable. Really recommend for the place to stay in Ayutthaya.

Mayuu Ayuttaya Hotel bans the use of HDMI and gives reasons for fear of viruses entering the TV. . . I would like to know why this hotel must prohibit the use of HDMI. Personally, wherever I go to a hotel, I carry a True box everywhere because it meets my needs. No need to think about what kind of TV the hotel will have. As long as it has HDMI it's fine. Watching football and watching movies are personal content that can be viewed anywhere. . . But here the remote cannot change the input. The buttons on the TV cannot be selected. I asked the reception and they said they weren't allowed to use it because of fear of the virus. Oh my gosh, what era is this? Where did you get the information that viruses can enter through the HDMI cable? It's impossible. I'm really confused. I can't do anything, but I'm fed up that staying here feels like my privacy is restricted to a certain level. It's very uncomfortable even though... Overall, the hotel looks good. Next time encountering something like this, I'll probably choose to stay somewhere else. . . .

The receptionist was very cute. I went in the evening and asked for the name but couldn't remember (not sure if it was Fah or Khwan or something, sorry). I asked for a room and it was arranged as requested. The room was ok, no noise. Cool air conditioner, clean room The bathroom is very good.

The hotel is easy to find, on the main road, convenient to travel, just 3 minutes from Central Ayutthaya. The new room is clean, but the noise from the outside and the noise next to the room. quite loud into the room not as quiet as it should be And we arrived at 2:00 p.m., the staff asked us to wait because we hadn't finished cleaning yet. I've never seen this. Even though the check-in time is 2:00 PM.
