Friendly staff, security guards enthusiastically guide guests

Reserve a deluxe river view room but when checking in, the staff will give the 2 bedroom river view to 2 bedrooms and share the living room with other customers. No employees came to deliver. Must come to the room by oneself We went down to find employees. Said that I didn't reserve this room. And not happy to get this room The staff took the key card to move to a new room. No apologies. Good room, beautiful view, good location, quiet, walk to bui vin street about 10 minutes. There are many restaurants near the hotel. And convenience stores. Breakfast variety The receptionist is very good. Very friendly. The sky bar has a variety of drinks and food. The price is moderate. The view is very beautiful. Highly recommended to try. The swimming pool is small but it's ok. There is a small gym for 8 out of 10. Direct points deducted, the room doesn't match the booking. Other than that.

Very nice hotel, located right in the heart of Saigon. Very beautiful view with one side is Ben Nghe canal and East-West Highway, one side is the financial building in District 1. Employees are enthusiastic and friendly. Breakfast is not too many, but every dish is delicious, suitable for both the North and the South. I am very pleased with the experience at Sunland. The next time I return to Saigon, I will definitely visit Sunland again to stay entertained

I vacation with my family with one of the agenda is shopping and refreshing. This hotel provides answers to accommodation needs related to my agenda. The service and their English are good.

Very enthusiastic staff. Receptionist. Staff open to guests. Staff wearing clothes. Management of dining areas. Daily dish change. Lots of delicious and hot dishes. 4 views above the 14th floor where the buffe is beautiful. very clean room. Good mattresses and blankets. Definitely come back and introduce. Nice swimming pool. thanks a lot.

Enthusiastic staff, breakfast was relatively ok

the hotel is itself a bit out of the way of the city center and the capsule concept is interesting but I don't recommend staying here for long periods. the capsules can get claustrophobic and even something like a bathroom trip is a bit awkward due to the separation of the capsule, the locker you keep your clothes in and the shared bathroom space. novel idea, glad I tried it, but not going to stay in a capsule if I can
