The hotel staff were very friendly when asked to clean the room, offered menus at meal times, and were always smiling when meeting guests. I was very satisfied and happy with the service. Thank you and keep up the good work 😊

The room and bathroom smelled awful. There was a lot of scale in the corners of the wall tiles and floor tiles. The sheets, pillowcases, and blankets also smelled bad.

Nice view from rooftop and room as well with seaview. Bed is clean, hot water works well and right in the city center of Jayapura. Will probably staying here again, hopefully maxone can keep this level of service.

There are many food choices and they taste good. The room is clean and feels spacious if you have one bed. There is a hair dryer. There is soap and shampoo, as well as a toothbrush and toothpaste.

Mashaallah the staff are very friendly starting from checking in then asking for prayer mats etc. all served quickly and very well 😍 I really like the atmosphere, when I stayed there, a ship happened to come in, making it even more beautiful to see from the hotel room, and coincidentally when I stayed there, breakfast was food from the city of Makassar which I really miss... thank you Maxone, next time I will stay there again

Very good and satisfying. Room service is very fast.

I came at the end of the year and the room was fully booked. The bedcover was still a bit damp, and the towels were only ready at 8 p.m. I'll fix it next time. The food was complete and delicious. The location is right in the city center.

The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, the service is great, the food is delicious, it's good for a staycation here with family.

The breakfast is complete, the view is cool. Only the parking access is still not spacious enough, but everything else is fine.
