Didn't experience the spa but it looked like an amazing amenity. Restaurant was excellent; great food, good atmosphere, lovely waterfront view. I know the rooms are gradually being updated but what really needs an overhaul is the hallways, which are very dark (black walls, black ceiling). I had a billing issue in which I was accidentally billed an astronomical amount for "upgrading" from 2 Double beds to 1 King, but when I called the management they were more than happy to resolve the issue with a reimbursement. They fixed it swiftly and courteously. Would stay here again!

The hotel was good, with the steakhouse/bar being a highlight. The wait staff in the restaurant were great. The room had a nice view, but the 4th floor at least seemed like it was in between renovations, with modern features mixed in with dated furniture and appliances. The hallways were very dimly lit. The king bed was very comfortable. Overall a solid experience.

All staff people were so nice (spa, restaurant, room service, evening desk clerk, etc.) except for the day desk clerk during our three-day stay

Only decent option in the area. Very nice rooms, comfortable beds, nice view of the river. Accommodation is great. Check in was way too long (15 minutes), restaurant hours could be much longer.. overall, a nice sray

We came at 3 pm to check in and the hotel made us to wait for one hour check in at 4 pm. This matter upsets my parentd

Good 3 stars hotel. Basic amenities, clean and friendly staff. The Spa is nice.

Nous avons passé une très bonne soirée au resto de l’hotel. La chambre est assez grande pour trois personnes. Nous avons apprécié la proprété de la chambre et de la salle de bain.

Rooms are decent. The view behind the property is very scenic. Staff could be more polite.

Receptionist is rude , hotel is smell bad, ac working loudly, i prefer motel at least half price provide same service with this hotel.

Hotel is ok. Services provided were ok but bring your own soap! More emphasis should be placed on hotel services versus the "Nordic spa"

Norhing, the place is short of staff, room are only clean or tended every three days only if you requet it at the reception and leave some card o your door. We had to got through 3 rooms before getting something decent. The first one was the size of an ashtray the bed took the entire room. The second the drapes were tatter, several hooka missing and falling off the wall. Bathtub wS supper
