The rooms are located in a very safe and family friendly residential area, Lots of shops and eateries nearby. I used Uber and freenow to get around because I was on a solo parent trip with my 12 year old daughter but lots of bus and metro options. The rooms have everything you need, are very clean with a good en suite. Even the cleaning lady was very lovely and helpful on the day we arrived, helping us to check in and ensuring we were settled a short while later. The reception was closed for our first couple of days but we met Gino on the Thursday and he was also very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend other travellers to book here and if I ever return to Barcelona I will definitely come back, Thanks for having us!

We arrived quite late in the day so Reception was closed. We accessed our room key via the safe, the details had been emailed previously. Room and all areas incredibly clean and well looked after. Communal area very quiet and very well equipped, shared fridges for milk/cold water etc. Great location with easy access to 4 metro stations. Reception staff very informative. Will return and recommend 😊

The more I say good about this place the less it is. The area is not the best but it is definitely not the worst snd compared to the price it is definitely worth it. As a first timers in Europe if we were able to navigate through everything, everyone can. The best part about this hotel that many people don’t look for is very very friendly staff. Oh my goodness, the lady at the desk was soo nice to us, gave us maps, recommended food/drinks/places, and even told us do’s and don’ts. Went so far in explaining that she even told us the water in Spain consists of calcium so drink from the filtered faucet outside. Thank you very much for your help and support, I’m sorry I forgot your name.

Staff are very helpful. Only 5 minute walk from Metro Station. Cafe and restaurants nearby.

Great location, close to 3 metro lines, nice, save neighbourhood - Gino was the perfect host!

The hotel stay was fantastic. The amenities was just what we asked. This location is not too far from major tourist attractions like the Sagrada Familia. Nearby cafés offer options for a croissant and coffee anytime of the day at relatively affordable prices. The host was very accommodating and suggested various places to visit in Barcelona for a short stay. We would like others to try and stay there. We can't recommend this enough.

We very much enjoyed our stay here! The shared kitchen has everything you could need and everything was very clean. The owner greeted us at the front desk and was extremely kind. He provided useful tips and recommendations which came in very handy. Would recommend this place!

The owner/ proprietors went way beyond expectations, providing help with translation and reservations. They're also kind and pleasant. The physical space is spare (nothing fussy) and very clean.

Very informative and helpful front desk manager. The bed was very comfortable and the bottle of sparkling wine was a nice treat upon checkin. The shower could use a spot to place personal items/a little shelf and a little longer for the hot water before it turns cold.

Nice, clean modern room with large private bathroom and a shared kitchen. All areas were kept immaculately clean and host was super helpful but rooms not sound proof at all. Around a 10min walk to the metro and shops nearby.

The hotel was very clean, in a safe neighborhood and close to a metro station shopping and restaurants Gino and his wife were very helpful and friendly as well as the staff.

The property was centrally located, the neighborhood consisted of housing , it felt safe. The manager explained the close by attractions with a map. There we Resturants within walk distance, there was walking access to the metro, the bus stop was get close by. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and was kept clean. We loved our stay here. This was our first time in Barcelona and this hotel contributed to our wonderful experience.

The room was ok, the bed was uncomfortable the room smelled very intensely to heavy cleansing products. The hotel was far from almost everything. The staff was very friendly.
