Tiny rooms Old and beat up Barley any heat

Overall pretty decent obviously a little mess here or there but nothing horrible. Typical roadside motel decent price friendly staff

Kitchen was fully equipped Toaster has seen better days, burners on stove need replacement.

Quiet

The beds are not clean. We founded dirty sheets and pillows. The staff was not helpful. We arrived to the hotel at 6:30 pm no body was in the reception desk. We ring the bell for minutes also called the number that they puts in the front door. Not answer we left messages not response at all. I don't recommend this hotel to no body. Is a shame because was a nice area beautiful view to the lake. Very accessible. But no thank you.

A little rustic heater was loud and not in the greatest of shape but the room was clean quiet and friendly staff! Nice location !

Bathroom sink was backed up. Room was freezing upon arrival, the only heat was a VERY noisy little electric fireplace. We could hardly hear the TV over the noise from the fireplace fan. We had to go and request cups to drink our coffee as there were none in the room. Bed was ok for sleeping, but the furniture was pretty shabby looking, along with the entire room. For what we paid here, we would expect something a bit better. We won’t be back.

Overall, the room was adequate. I did find a paper in a burner of the stove (fortunately, before I used it) and someone's leftover muffin wrapper in the microwave. Glasses were not clean, but I could not find any dishwashing detergent to clean them. WIFI was advertised, but I failed to find it on my computer search. Bed and bathroom were clean and well ordered. The room was warm and draft free. If I were to have stayed longer, I did find all food prep dishware that I would have needed.

very few towels and washcloths....water drains very slowly...sink drains are plugged....windows dirty...screens torn...screen door won't close correctly....the rooms need mtce.

Over all good as it is an old motel and the sink in both kitchen and bathroom are locked

Rund down place

Room smelled like mold/mildew-including bedding & towels. Not even a window to open. We had to keep the door open all night to partially mitigate the smell. Do not stay here if you have asthma or value not inhaling mold.

Needs an update. It was old when I stayed over 20 years ago. Not much has changed. Not worth the nightly rate

Standard Contractors Motel. Does the Job Nicely

It's a very rundown establishment. Walls, baseboards, door, very dirty. The dock and Adirondack chairs are broken and felt unstable to be walking on dock.visually very unappealing. We had travelled all day and knew the deadline to cancel reservation was 2 days prior so we did stay.

The first time I went I was pretty snobbish about the property, but after a couple of stays I could see my husband was speaking reason and that's a very nice little hotel.

The property is owned and operated by a young couple who are slowly improving and trying to make a go of the premises. Courtesy, consideration, and cleanliness were top-notch. It will become a beautiful place in time.
