Staff and overall cleanliness was superb. I stay at hotels for sleep. When we first headed to room, elevators and hall smelled of sewer. It was raining pretty hard and I assumed sewer wasn’t flowing good. We went to dinner and when we came back, smell was gone. We prepared to go to sleep early because of big plans next day. There were kids running around above us around 9pm, so we turned on TV to drown out noise. I don’t sleep good with TV on. Turned off around midnight. Kids started running again around 2:30am. We finally called down around 3:30am. They seemed to know where noise was coming from and it stopped fairly quickly (my guess, one of staffs kids). Around 5:30 am people started showering and the pipes in the walls started hammering. Stopped after about 30 minutes. 7am, the fire alarm in our room malfunctioned and came on. Then the desk called (which is expected) and woke us out of bed. We packed and left. When I told the people at the desk when checking out, it was like it wasn’t a shocker to them. They had zero comments.

I’ve been to this location twice, and I love that it’s always clean and quiet. The rooms are spacious, and the beds are comfortable. I travel for work and will definitely be back.

Clean and safe

The hotel was clean and new. The bed was comfy and the air conditioning quiet. Breakfast was what we expected from a chain hotel...ok, but not great. The location was excellent, within walking distance of quality restaurants. We would definitely stay there again.

Excellent property wonderful stay as a great big park for walking and playground right beside it. A wonderful breakfast and very clean great for families. Good price. Don’t like that it’s pet friendly with dogs everywhere but the staff kept it nice and clean. A

The property was good. The bed was probably the worst I have ever had. This was not the first time staying at this hotel. Other times the beds have been good but this time they gave us a room with a worn out bed.

It’s in a quaint little town, where there are plenty of things to walk to if you’d like. Everyone has been kind and inviting. The bar area is clean, the breakfast was very good and there was plenty to choose from.

It is clean and quiet. It could use an extra side chair in the bedroom area. Keep the temperature at least 70.

There was no hand soap in our bathroom. Pillows were not good! Too mushy

Stayed for a quick shower and nap on the way from New Orleans to DFW. Great location. Safe and clean!
