Hotel reception manager was lovely and helpful during our stay. Room was okay, average and clean enough - though it had a smell (possibly from the bathroom) when we entered so we aired the room out. Downside was how thin the walls were / how loud the other guests were on a Saturday night. The noises kept us up from late evening to around 2am.

Business solo traveller, arrived 7:30pm and needed somewhere local to a meeting to stay. Reception and kitchen staff very polite and helpful. It’s a basic hotel and in fairness to the hotel, my room was clean and the bed comfy. Sometimes a cheap simple room on business trips are part of the job. If you want big, spacious and lively hotel, this isn’t for you.

The rooms are VERY poorly renovated. Im not sure who was responsable for the renovation but it appears to have been done by a 5 year old

Rooms was nice and clean, staff was very friendly had no issues we were expecting a nice warm pool and gym unfortunately hotel had none of these

No washing gel/shampoo. Rest of the facility is basic but breakfast was freshly cooked.

The room was fine and had a decent size. However, the carpet was very filthy. WiFi had good speed but was very unstable, had to reconnect every 10 minutes or so. Breakfast wasn't tasty, quality of the ingredients was low. The night was cheap so it's okay for what you pay.

This place is so obviously a converted office block Staff that were on duty were very good but obviously overworked Description offers restaurant and bar, neither available during my stay Overall not a place I will choose to stay at again

not many parking spaces at the hotel but parking available in roads around. Friendly efficient staff, comfortable bed and shower facilities. Walls a bit thin!! couple next door obviously enjoyed their stay!!!! For the price I would'nt expect any more, it served our purpose for a one night stay.

Parking was good. We had the option of getting a take away and bringing it back to eat in the dining area. Perfect.

This establishment used to be called the Level Inn when I stayed there a couple of years ago and it was pretty poor then Now under the Best Western badge nothing has really changed This hotel (which has the feel of an office block) needs, in my opinion, mega money spent on it to bring it up to what I call Best Western standard Better yet demolish it and start again

Dan who seems to do anything is superb, nothing too much, friendly and pleasant. Sadly the hotel isn’t, the walls are so thin you hear other guests up to about midnight, anyone near who flushes the loo at night will wake you up, then at 6am you hear grunting, TVs, coughing, nose blowing, farting, showers and toilets

Staff friendly, good service, breakfast a little slow but good

Well worth the money! Happy with my stay
