Comfy bed, clean room. Fantastic breakfast. Only niggle was two out of 3 small window blinds were broken. Apart from that a great stay.

I had an incredible stay at The Blind Bull. It’s one of those rare places that feels truly quiet and serene the moment you arrive. The surroundings are beautiful, the atmosphere is calm, and it’s the perfect spot to unwind. The food was absolutely outstanding — fresh, thoughtful, and genuinely some of the best I’ve had on this trip. The service was just as impressive: warm, attentive, and genuinely lovely without ever feeling overbearing. I left feeling rested and really well looked after. I’d come back in a heartbeat. Highly recommend.

The room was nice however I had booked the Tamworth with a bath and was told that the room had already been booked weeks ago. We only had a shower which was disappointing

The room we stayed in at the back of the pub called The Old Barn was amazing. So clean, eco friendly and spacious. We did think the top floor overlooking the lounge area could be utilised better as there was just a massive dining table in there. The staff and dining in the pub was exceptional.

Regretfully, we booked a suite but it turns out they were double-booked and put us in an another, smaller room, which didn’t have the same facilities. Staff were quite dismissive and told us to complain to Expedia and ask for a refund as the room they put us in was cheaper. 3 days later and the Expedia can’t contact the management to arrange a refund of any kind. Such a shame because it is a lovely place and the foot in the pub was genuinely excellent. But we paid an additional £185 for this meal for two and they didn’t even arrange a drink as a means of apology. I think we’ve been very reasonable.

We had a fabulous 1 night stay, room was beautiful, patio area was great too. Only negative feedback was no milk and only a coffee machine which was awful for tea drinkers as the water tastes like coffee still. Saying this however we would come back and just bring a kettle! :0)

Lovely location in the scenic countryside and super clean accommodation with gorgeous bathroom and comfy bed. Food was very tasty but portions on the small side. Breakfast could definitely do with some small but significant extras. No choice of fruit juice, no toast or cereals and no ketchup or brown sauce available. I’m not keen on muffins and cinnamon rolls for breakfast so a choice would have been better. Tried to have some bar snacks, but they were too busy in the restaurant so couldn’t serve us anything but bread. I would stay here again for the location and comfort but they could up their game when it comes to other areas..

Very comfortable and cosy accommodation in a warm and welcoming pub . Immaculately clean and very well appointed. Easy parking and electric car charging points. Delicious evening meal ….highly recommend eating in! Breakfast choice a little limited and few options for a Coeliac. Staff very kind and friendly

We stayed in the barn for 3 days and had a wonderfully relaxing time. The food at the pub is outstanding. Best breakfast selection I have ever experienced. The chef is clearly extremely passionate about their craft.
