Beautiful setting, clean rooms. Good food in the restaurant. We stayed here 4 years ago and the beds were amazing but after this stay I think it’s time for new beds. If they do that I would definitely stay again.

Everything was amazing, great location, great food, great staff. Only issue was the bed it was super soft with no structure, we would sink causing our heads to be lower than our bodies.

Pros: 1. Room and the hotel in general was spotless and new. 2. Receptionist was good and welcoming. Cons: 1. The old lady who picked up the phone, when I politely asked if there’s a chance our room is available early, sounded kind of miserable and dismissive. 2. We booked seats for dinner in their restaurant but when we arrived there was no one by the door. It took at least 15 minutes before someone came over when the line was already long. No apology was offered for the long wait and the food was just meh.

If you're planning on staying in Waterton, do not hesitate to stay here. Perfect location and an amazing hotel. The staff are helpful, personable, friendly and genuine.

Absolutely beautiful stay!

Loved our bright room with real wood accents. Welcomed with tea service and cookies on the bed. Very comfortable and clean. Ate dinner at the pub. Tiny but good.

We try to stay at the Kilmorey each spring and fall. This stay, as usual, was lovely…the few challenges we met were sorted by staff with alacrity. There was a chair missing from our room on arrival and 2 young men from maintenance replaced it immediately. When the coffee maker was found to be defective it was also replaced right away. The desk staff were personable and helpful and, as usual, we loved our breakfasts in the restaurant and suppers in the bar. A perfectly lovely place to enjoy a break in a beautiful and unspoiled part of Alberta.

Good overall, just don't stay in 208, the lock with the key card doesn't work and you will be provided with the phob. No swimming pool or hot tub, but good restaurant and bar downstairs.

Quiet hotel with friendly staff. Rooms were clean and comfy. Great location.

Super nice and spacious rooms! And the view out the back door was beautiful!! And it snowed the day we were leaving, and when we woke up, there was a staff member snowblowing off our car so that was extra nice!

Warning: No Microwave on each room

Great accommodations. Dinning room food & staff need work. Tasty soup was cold and watery. Pasta noodles were hard. Signature chicken pot pie came out late and cold. Had to send it back. Soggy crust when re-heated. Main course delivered with no silverware left on the table. No one checked in on food delivery. Had to call staff over several times. Not good!

Services met expectations.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious, very clean, and quiet. Loved the big windows overlooking the lake.
