What an amazing find. Much better than alternatives in the area.

Room was good, clean & comfortable. Staff all very nice, stayed here many many times. Actually had my wedding reception here(44rs ago) as did my brother & sister & my cousin, just last Saturday!!!grounds are beautiful & perfectly kept.

The staff at this hotel are way above what you normally encounter. What an absolute delight. Whoever trains their people deserves a star as consistently high standards are notoriously hard to achieve. I also like the location which is lovely and tranquil with pretty great views. The food and drink choice should also be commended. I stay daily regularly around the area for work and now I’ve found this gem, will definitely stay again.

The service on arrival was pleasant and friendly although we did have around a 15 minute form to fill in on arrival with quite a lot information needed. Our room was clean and tidy, had aircon and a comfortable bed. Shower/taps water pressure seemed to fluctuate for some strange reason, from not much water to a lot? We had upgraded to the superior room but it was on the lower floor, so no views. Being on the lower level was very noisy with lots of people walking past and even cars going past. Then at around 5.55 a.m we were awoken on our departure day by a faulty fire alarm in our room. Then up until 7.30 was constant noise from staff, things like glass bottles being disposed of etc. We have had a home which had a fire so the fact that we were woken like that really wasn't nice and the continued noise. We have four children so to have a lay in is what we really wanted. We had breakfast which in all honesty we have had a lot better, food quality and portion was ok. When we complained regarding being woken up, the staff member said sorry the fire alarm had a fault. For us health and safety with a hotel should be paramount and couldn't believe what we were hearing. We also complained to Hotels.com and they have been very unhelpful. They want to give us a small credit for the inconvenience. The morning was ruined and we left the hotel in a very anxious state. In our opinion the Hotel/Hotels.com should have fully refunded this stay.

Exceptional 3 star hotel, evening meal menu excellent value (3 courses £30) and the food was really very good. We drove with with a dog and there was no surcharges for car or pet. We could eat in the lounge area with the dog. Room was a good size and very comfortable and clean Staff were friendly and helpful We will definitely stay here again

We have stayed on several occasions at Llechwin Hall. We choose this hotel because we travel with our 2 small dogs. Although not within walking distance of a town or shops we can walk the dogs enjoy the fabulous views and hospitality The Llechwin Hall has to offer. Derri is an outstanding member of staff. He remembers us on each occasion we visit (about twice a year) and genuinely cares about your experience at the hotel making sure you have a fabulous stay.

Breakfast was left more than 2/3rds uneaten, hashbrowns looked and tasted like the day before, bacon had a weird taste, sausage too herby and undercooked, lots of grease on the plate from I assume the fried egg.

Comfortable, clean room, relaxed atmosphere and plenty of choice on the breakfast menu.

Pleasant staff, clean and comfortable spacious room, very good food (dinner & breakfast). Quiet throughout the night, nice surroundings for a walk.

The front end staff were so helpful and friendly, waiting and bar staff were great . The room was spotless and was lovely . There was a great selection for breakfast and accommodated for celiac .
