Our stay at MYR Puerta Serranos was fantastic. All of the staff were friendly, helpful and went above and beyond. Our room was spotless with great amenities and the location of the hotel was excellent. We are looking forward to visiting Valencia again and will absolutely be staying at MYR Puerta Serranos again.

Had a lovely base to explore Valencia from. Lovely team at front of house and housekeeping. The room was lovely sized, clean and everything we required. We wished we had a coffee machine. Staying at this hotel made it easy to walk everywhere and easy to use local transport. Keep up the good work MYR Puerta Serranos!

We stayed in the Junior Suite, the room was great. Very comfortable bed, very clean, spacious with views of the city and towers. The staff was great, very attentive. They even parked our car in their private parking since it would have been difficult for us to access (not used to small parking spaces). The breakfast was excellent too. The hotel is a great location on the skirt of the old town but still easily accessible from the main road. Walking distance to all attractions.

Excellent location so convenient for exploring the city. We booked a junior suite, which was very spacious & comfortable with great views. All the staff were friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. Great breakfast.

Our room was very clean, great view overlooking the park. The hotel is next to Serranos Towers, which is one of the original entries to the walled city. Breakfast was made to order and very good. There is a great rooftop bar. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We will be back !!!

I enjoyed my stay. The room was very clean and nice. The location was convenient to the tram. Also close to lots of restaurants.

Great location, lovely interior, clean room and amenities available. Only slight downside is that you can hear people in other rooms for example in my bathroom I could hear the other room. But it’s not a dealbreaker.

Location is just excellent, close to all touristic attractions. Everything in walking distance. Hotel is new with modern, elegant style and very cozy, the bathroom was so great! Staff was absolutely wonderful during whole our stay: super supportive, friendly and dedicated, even positively responding to our small innovations for breakfast menu.. . We were very satisfied for choosing your place. Highly recommended.

This is steps away from the Torres de Serranos. Area is walkable to everything- shops and dining. Try the restaurant Rincón 33. Their goat cheese salad is out of this world. They got awesome Paella too. It’s about a 10-15 minute walk to the market. This is a brand new hotel. You don’t even need any converterr. uSB access all throughout the room. Shower pressure is so awesome. Breakfast is preset everyday but freshly cooked. I don’t usually rate the staff as they can come and go and to me the cleanliness is all that matters to me. but I need to compliment each and every staff at this hotel. Everyone went up and beyond. My daughter had a stain on her white blouse and when my daughter asked if they have a stain remover, the concierge went to their laundry room in the basement get it for my daughter.

The best hotel we stayed at in our whole time in Spain. From the lovely front desk at check in, to the amazingly well designed and built room and bath, to the first hotel that had strong ac, and a lovely made to order breakfast that was of the highest quality.

Located just steps from the Serranos towers, you are smack in the middle of the old town. The hotel is modern, new and very clean. Will definitely visit again.
